We should have a General Computer Discussion.
There are a lot of people that have hassle with virus infections, wanting to know which protection software is available. Help topics because we don't know what this thing is, what it's for, or what it does. This subsection should be a success because there are a lot of well informed members in VO. They can share the wealth in an understandable view point for those who don't know much about computers.

- Freeware Programs
- Help Section

@Marii~ I don't think that's necessary. It's better to just stick topics like that in the GD because it is something to discuss after all. I don't think we need to get that specific.
@Zepher~ Topics like that are fine in the GD. To have a whole sub forum on that though? I don't think it would be used enough. There are better forums aside from VO that are actually dedicated to that sort of thing.

I think that there should be a forum for questions concerning Nico, because most people can't read japanese and so navigating the site is a bunch of guess work that would be easier if we had somewhere to ask questions.

Not just the animanga subforums but in the Bro Lounge too!
Azure, do you think it'd be a good idea to make a Hetalia subforum in the animanga section?
It's getting kind of crowded with all the Hetalia shit going on there and in the BL. :X

It would be the same with any other Anime Fad that struck VO like a plague. I haven't checked the Anime/Manga parts but the spam in the BL isn't that annoying. If you say it is bad in the other parts, I say it would make sense, You guys do seem a little infatuated. >.>

Infact, Hetalia has been around a long time on VO, and multiple threads have been made referencing it, or about it before on the old forums(Threads for favourite characters, threads for Hetalia quizzes, etc, etc) all of which were in the animanga subforum.
If a subforum was made I'd probably go about making more Hetalia threads in a subforum of its own, but I don't want to clog up the Animanga subforum with so many Hetalia threads when there are many other anime and manga people would rather discuss.

As a fellow mod (who likes to think that what she says has some impact xD), I completely support AA in this idea but she knows this already
We're a tad bit obsessive. With something this popular, I think a sub forum wouldn't be a bad idea at this point.
Although, if I were to play devil's advocate, I could always say "This idea isn't particularly needed, especially on a Vocaloid based site. There are many other Hetalia focused sites and we can't make a sub forum for every trend."
But ignore Luka. That was just her seeing it through both sides. I'm fine with it and I'm fine without it.

Actually what could be truly said for the Touhou and Pokémon subforums is that their creator deemed them as simply means to channel his own preferences and flat out created them out of a biased whim, and such is the fabric of our system here, a slew of times, anyways.
Regardless, I think it's a good idea if you think it's a good idea. And if you handle all the logistics and burocracy yourself, naturally. I couldn't, even if I wanted. I can barely tell black from white when it comes to anime these days.
