if you add a url, then it'd look like:

@Panda: I've...never heard of this issue before. I'd say contact azure about it since I have never seen anyone run into that kind of problem.
@Sebastian: did you try refreshing the page? mine usually does that. I usually click F5 or just manually refresh the browser.

Hm, my avatar moves, so I'm not sure what you could've done wrong unless it actually isn't animated. A good way to check if your gif is actually animated (in case somethign went wrong e.g. the animation is far too slow) is to right click and go to "View Image Info" on the image. I've done that with your image, it is a gif but has onyl one frame.

I have run into this problem before when uploading an avatar myself(and even with photos at that).
Did you perhaps upload it directly from your computer?
Try uploading the image to photobucket and then using the direct link for it instead. That might make it work.

I uploaded it form my computer first, then tried photobucket, but the system says "you cannot upload that kind of image"
