What is touhou? I know that its something to do with the song bad apple and theirs an anime called the touhou project and theirs a game i think but what is it? Why is it a game and a music thingy and an anime? im confused...

Touhou is a series of danmaku (bullet hell/curtain fire) games.

The music (assuming you're talking about the IOSYS songs, not the actual game soundtracks) and anime are actually fanmade. The songs are by a group called IOSYS; they make songs that are remixed from the music tracks in the games, and they also add lyrics to them. The anime... I don't really know anything about that (I have heard of it, though), but I know it's unofficial.

Touhou and Vocaloid often cross over, with a lot of Vocaloids/UTUloids doing covers and remixes of songs.
Kasane Teto's 'Kasane Territory' is actually a parody of 'Kero 9 Destiny' if I'm not mistaken.
