They're both meh... but:
I like Ring better. The only thing I complain about is, due to the redesign, she doesn't have rings anymore like her name implies.

I dislike Lui's short shorts. He's really girly. Like ew, no. Like other people, I would have liked him better as a girl. Everyone else just thinks of him as a trap. I also feel that his whip thing/self leash(?) is overrated. Of course, this would change if he gets the voice type I was hoping for, or is at least realistically effeminate. I mean there's effeminate, and there's just pushing it.
