So Zero-G might update our old friends if there is demand, so who would everyone like updated the most first?

Personnelly I think Zero-G should test the waters by doing Miriam first and if she sells well work on the soul duo.

It would definitely be interesting if they re-recorded MIRIAM.

I think I read somewhere that when Recording MIRIAM, the real Miriam didn't really quite... get what was going on... so her voice bank didn't sound quite how it was planned to.

Listening to real Miriam, I'm wondering what would happen if they got her to record correctly. It might sound completely different, but probably tons better.

Still voted LOLA because I love her. :V

How can Miriam be 'hot' if she has no official design? I've never heard of someone calling a voice 'hot'.

I chose MIRIAM, as it'd be great for testing the waters, as LEON and LOLA seem to always be a duo, and releasing an update for both of them together would be nice. But I do love LEON and LOLA's soul voices, but perhaps it would depend on which would be easier to obtain voice provider-wise, who has the more time, and budget.

@Paul: Well, most people don't consider it official since it's not like Miku, where a mascot was created specifically for the voicebank. With Miriam, that's just a picture of her voice provider, from what I remember. ^^;

They'd all be improved with an update to V3... but I voted for Lola, since I think the update would benefit her the most. She's pretty much the least popular Vocaloid overall, so the upgrade would improve her voicebank and make her more appealing.

(But that's just me, maybe I'm just being optimistic... ^^; )

In terms of songs, Lola has more then Leon on NND. Lola is also considered "the best" out of the duo vocal wise since she is the most in-genre of the two and this was reported during her inital release.

If they had to re-record them though, Leon was considered the weakest of the trio vocal wise, if they re-recorded him, they need to make him much stronger for his genre. Despite the reaction to the vocals, I'd keep Lola deep and rough because it makes her unique from the other vocals. Miriam I'd focus on fixing her pitching correct because quite frankly, that was the soul issue that reviewers noted and it lets her down.

I'd say MIRIAM.

I think an updated voice, a cool mascot, and being on V3 would be great for her.
And
I think she'd be the most likely to increase the popularity of English Vocaloids.

She is also the only one likely to get noticed and get some publicity out of being Vocaloided a second time around.

She is the only named English voice provider besides Frank Sanderson and the only one who is known to be an established singer.
