oh wait. the only readme that I can read is about the english translation. it comes with no instructions whatsoever. All other readmes are total gibberish. T_T

Oh, yeah. The v3.x is the Special Disk, which contains both the normal game and the Plus Disk, "and adds some additional bonuses and bugfixes." Evasion's still fucked, though, so I imagine we aren't missing much in that.
The English patch hasn't caught up with it anyway, so, uh, yeah.

you sure? there's this guy I'm following on Youtube who has it with the english patch, I'm assuming that despite being different, the patch for the old game still works on the newer version

Grr. The Special Disk is labeled wrong on the official wiki if that's the case. Also, Nova, I looked at that video, it looks like someone translated it themselves. It's not the same patch.
