Now, as the name suggests, there are numerous anime that are really good but only span for maybe 1 or 2 seasons or in some cases, some may never even reach the second season. I won't go into my little list of what anime I wish were longer since that's such a long list itself. So, what anime do you all wish were longer eh?

Angel Beats! - I wish they just did a two season anime so they could go more in depth with the characters.

Lucky Star - Idk why but I just adore this anime?

Minami-Ke - It's already had three seasons, what does it hurt to make a 4th one :DD?

Seitokai Yakuindomo - The manga continued... so the anime has to OTL

Bo-bobo - This anime... is HILARIOUS. The anime stopped before the manga OTL

Would also help the lazy fandom that can't read/use LJ (unless it's for the 9001-parts-kinkmeme) and just stick with the first half of the first season, which is fucktons different.

I do recall hearing that the creators of Lucky Star were going to continue it...don't take my word for it though.

Ghost Hunt. I enjoyed that show quite a bit.
But they ended it right as Naru did this whole hey-look-I-have-this-cool-psychic-ability-all-along-and-I've-been-hiding-it thing that I think they could have expanded on.

Maybe not a second season, but a closer special? At least to catch up to the (really old) graphic novels.
Which aren't on sale anymore, and have that derpy classic-sailor-moon style from the early ninties that I can't stand anyway.
(Everyones hair is poofy and wavy and there are desusparkles everywhere.)

I was going to say Lain as well but when I thought about it... It's better off how it is... I think it is perfect... Adding too much into that anime would ruin it. It's definitely made to be short.

I'm also glad someone agrees with me on the Angel Beats! thing...

I'd die for a third Tetsuwan Birdy: DECODE season, but there's little-to-no chance of that happening considering how poor the DVD sales were for the previous installments.

Japan just doesn't appreciate good Anime anymore. If it's not about a 5 year old, some pseudo-intellectual buttcheek or a combination of both; it doesn't sell.
