Claymore, it was so amazing bit I wish they continued it with whole Manga because they only did like the beginning. :/

My guess is people would like to see how the others turned out and hope they had some of their memories etc.
All Key animes leave you wanting more even though most have clear endings... EVEN if your left crying in your Milk
ESPECIALLY if you have seen AIR.. GAO!!!

Umineko no naku no koro ni- I want to see all of the acts! But maybe a little less fansevericy.
High School of the Dead for the same reason. Great character but very unnecessary scenes if you ask me...
Soul Eater- Maybe a remake that catches up with where the manga is. They did for fullmetal alchemist..?
Puella Madoka Magica Magi.... It's like I'm watching the second season with a new cast when I watch the first season. It's the end. But I would like to see a terrible seacon focusing on those girls from the Oriko manga. To see a hero of another story.

And that's all I can think of for now.
If you just noticed me now, I've been lurking around alot longer than that...

Second series for me would have to be Pandora Hearts (can't remember if I posted here before, but blegh). Why? Because the Manga is still on-going! I know they won't make one, because I beleive they said they won't, but if you look at the manga, there's is so much more they could do, most of what we have read in the manga was barely explained AT ALL in the anime. Not saying the anime was bad, but don't just make one series, only solving one arc when we have seen you referance other arcs.

Headhunter Arc, Leo's Transformation Arc (granted both not mentioned in anime), Tragedy of Sabrie Arc.

Now the ToS Arc was mentioned a lot, and yet, they give us the basic details, and yet now in the manga, there's so much more detail to be added.
Not to mention the ending to the anime was shit. I swear the ending was half way through a chapter. BLEGH.

Mushi Shi- Is was so beautiful and stunning, why can't we have more? D:

Cowboy Bebop- This has to be one of the best anime in history, why couldn't we at least have a little more?

Kaze No Stigma- Many will disagree with me on this if they've seen it, but this was a great anime, it was my first and will always stay in my heart.

Mawaru Penguindrum- This was one crazy anime, and I love it to bits. I want it to go on.

Skip Beat- Not the best anime, but it left me on a cliffhanger! T_T

(A third season of Haruhi, The World God Only Knows, and Spice and Wolf couldn't hurt either!)

It may have a lot of ... moments but they've also been making a mnga that I can't find. MAKE MOAR EPISODES DAMMIT.

Code Geass - They are making a 3rd season but it's going to be some sort of side-story to the first 2 seasons... not the same for me.

Black Rock Shooter - This is finally an actual show (only 8 episodes though, 6 of which are out). I will dread when I finish watching that last episode.

Short list, but they are the crown jewels of my limited anime history... and I want moar.
