So... A wikia is bad because it allows 1 article no one here likes? ^_-
we're retiring uneeded articles anyway and this one is up until we figure out how to put that information formally on a page. after Vocaloid: china the whole thing was getting messy on such matters and honestly... I was feed up with having to explain the whole thing every instance fans brought it up. I didn't want to keep putting the same boring argument in reference on every Vocaloid who got accused of being like Miku...
That STILL has no effect on this essay and irrelevent to how the wikia tells the history of Vocaloid verus this one.
And that doesn't change this essay here has flaws that need to be fixed and I feel like you guys are just digging at the wikia now to avoid the big issues with this particular essay. Rather then trying to have goes a wikia with a imperfect system of handling information, your better critising this essay you guys are holding hand over heart as a reliable source, properly more so then the wikia. As I said before, if you have issues with the wikia, take it up there, not here. I just turned on comments about a week ago to make it easier to talk to the editors... You have no excuse now.
Plus, you guys pick on this article... We had worst articles even before I joined the wikia. Those fanloid articles were a complete mess and most were of dead projects. It took us months to sort those and they only added to other probems witht he wikia to the point where the only solution was to throw them onto a wikia espceially for them and leave it at that to resolve itself. :-/
Not to mention we had other bad articles I recently delete.
Furthermore; unless you edit the wikia and resolve the wikias issues, you aren't helping make it better. At least that option is there. Meanwhile, back to this essay, it sits here out of date with information that even on older stuff needing to be changed... I am not going to speak anymore on the wikia outside of this post because as I've made it clear in the past, VO forums is not the place to discuss wikia business. So while your entitled to your opinions on the wikia and I'm fine with you doing it, theres a time and a place for it; this was not the time and I'm peeved Mini did take the oppotunity to take a cheap shot at the wikia instead of helping this essay's probems get resolved.
@Mini; I have links to information not here that are on the wikia... You guys want the links to improve this essay? Go find them on the wikia. I think you guys obivously don't want the wikias information, after all "its not reliable". I have no commitment here to supply the information myself.
Eit:
I cleaned this up for a bit.
Edit:
I'm not angry with anyone, et me make it clear this post wasn't written in anger, I was actually prtty relaxed since I'm used to everyone digging at wikias... I have been wiki-editing since 2006. No, I'm just disappointed by certain peeps, when the current topic is at hand is "how to improve this essay/what to do with this essy".
Youtube poster 1; what does the [/] do?
Youtube poster 2; I'm guessing that it breaks the word in half.
