oh hi I've decided to post my work here aswell since this section is for non vocaloid stuff, but I believe everyone posts vocaloid stuff here aswell lol.
I gave up on DA and stuff because I don't think I'm talented enough. D:

I like your style a lot!It's pretty. Just one thing...the neck is in the wrong position, I think. It seems more like it's pasted in front of the chest right now.

Yeees I noticed the neck too but I only did that when I finished colouring the hair and I was like: NNOO WAI THIS IS WRONG Q____________Q
Now I only see the broken neck ;O;

Anatomically the neck and head are correct, but smiling in that pose would cause GREAT strain on both the neck and facial muscles.
STILL, gifted people can do this with ease, so still correct.


What is anatomically incorrect, though, is the left hand shoulder, even though it is broad it can't stick out that much without, again, causing great strain on shoulder, neck, and back muscles.

The limbs were too short or too long, try to line up the elbow with the navel. Account for angle and perspective.
Shoulders were to broad for the angle, and the left hand side (our view and her actual left shoulder) jutted out too much.
This is the most MINIMAL editing to your current piece possible. If you were to fix the neck, you'd literally be erasing the whole thing on her shoulders, including the hair. AND those look good as is. It should be the rest of the body that would make due.

The dynamic pose and playfulness of the over the shoulder look work really well together!
The style of clothes and artist style overall look really great ; A; <3


SHET, YUO PAINT SO WELL ON COREL. I had to sell it because I found it too difficult for me to enjoy/use.

Yeah, the gist is to ease on the shoulders----or uhm make it smaller. Yeah :3


Becasue the hair and face look excellent where they currently lie, and fixing it would be harder.

It's not what I want yet but I wanted this miki to welcome MY miki that will be here in my home tomorrow.
Meh you know I feel like there's so much to improve yet ._. I don't now what else to comment guys. Sorry =.=
This is the final but non final version of this. I'll post the finished version when I finish duh, but now I have to work on something else.

Might I be so bold as to make a suggestion(s)?
Add nostrils and details to the lower portion of the nose and try to chisel away at the portion of the nose in between the eyes (the bridge)
while lowering the "bridge", make it slope like a 160 degree V.

color theory is not that hard when you think of it as ying/yang. Also I did some research on Leonardo DaVinci thoughts about color theory, it helped liek A LOT @__@

The eyes are elf eyes, you can get reference from then to dungens and dragons book, there´s the elf anatomy and such stuff e-e~
