Personality and Bio: Built by a FSDF (Fuso Self Defense Force) engineer Toukaze Kenji in the image
of his daughter, whom he lost along with his wife during a Neuroi attack on his laboratory. She is
an anatomically correct android powered by a uranium core. Through his daughter's DNA, Kenji was
able to replicate his daughter's personality on the android, and her being the daughter of a
witch, she developed witch powers as well. He was reluctant to allow Miyako to join the military
at first, but eventually agreed on condition that she take a less combative role as a night
reconnisance scout. Like her biological counterpart, she has a carefree personality and just wants
to enjoy life and see the world. However, she has the laws of robotics programmed into her, and as
a result, the First law is partly what drives her to fight for humanity, since she is programmed
to not allow harm to come to humanity through inaction.
