There was a book I used to read all the time when I was little and it turns out I don't have that book anymore. I do remember that it was about a mole or a porcupine(I can't remember, but I think it was a mole) that played the violin for the girl that he loved but she wouldn't love him back. The mole/porcupine became depressed and played outside in the snow. Either he died or the other animals that ignored him came to help him. Has anyone else ever read this book?
Edit: It just occurred to me that he could have been a badger.

please feed my squibys they won't bite and if one of them does i'll scold it

Once upon a time in a place unknown, There was a dream.
No one knew who dreamt the dream, but such a tiny dream it was.
The tiny dream began to think, "I don't want to disappear, how can I make people dream of me?"
The tiny dream thought and thought and finally came up with an idea.
"I will let the humans stray into me"
"And there I will let them create the world.."

It was just a stand-alone and I think the art was water color but I think it was regular paint because it looked like it was done on the computer. I doubt that it was water color though because usually water color pictures for books have leave a blank ring around the outside, if I remember correctly the entire page was a picture.
