Tonight's menu consist of.
-A paper for Spanish III on the Spanish Civil War.
-150 combined problems using graphing and showing work in my Algebra II class.
- Section 2.1 must be completed for my Math Concepts Class.
- Complete 66 short answer questions on my study guide for my upcoming U.S History Test.
- Study and prepare for my 130 Latin roots quiz for my Advanced Reading class.
Sometimes I hate the fact that I go to an IND school because they do nothing aside from prep you for college and DRILL you on everything.
Anybody else hate homework?

I'm not much of a homework doer, but I tutor well in math up to Algebra 2/Pre Calc max (I took Calc AP but I don't have the confidence to try and tutor it), all kinds of English and..that's pretty much it.
Good luck with your work! Nice thread lol~

Your teacher is a b****
does she actually check it, or just look at it to see if its complete?
none of the math teachers at my school actually check homework, they just glance at it to see if its done, and even then, some do that less thoroughly than others. A friend of someone I know once got away with showing the same homework assignment, like, 5 times to one teacher for 5 different homework assignments. (All that teacher looks for is that there's writing on the paper. I never did my homework when i had that teacher, I just wrote down a bunch of random numbers) My calc teacher looks to make sure that the numbers are right, and then checks to see that there's writing.
I'm at least thankful that my Calculus teacher seems to understand that 150 problems doesn't help a student. It bothers me when math teachers assign craploads of homework. if a student has no idea what they're doing, doing it wrong 150 times is only a detriment to the student. :/
Thankfully, i don't have much homework this semester, since AP calculus is my only academic class (the other 3 classes being band classes

He assigned it because we've had a sub for 3 days and he wanted to keep us busy.

>> Wakes up for school at 12PM
Mom didn't make me go to school because I hadn't finished my homework and I worked so hard last night and needed the rest.
Advanced exhaustion and I have almost nothing to show for it T_T

I've got 150 problems but a bitch ain't one.
I would only ever do homework when I felt it was necessary that I learn the material, or that I'd need to practice it so that I had whatever it was about down. Otherwise, I found it extremely trivial and a waste of time. One of my teachers would say "How can you prove you know what we're learning if you don't do your homework?" And then I'd just tell her to look at my test scores and that'd be that.
But usually, I'd do my homework during lunch or in class after I finished my classwork.
This is why I loooooooooove college. Your homework is usually studying. And even if it isn't, it usually only makes up about 10-20% of your final grade.

The thing that's bad about this is that you're going to have two day's worth of homework when you go back. That's why I never tried to miss class.

But I'm hating how we have to make two book reports every three days or so in English, and having to make short movies every week without letting us upload them publicly.
Good luck with your homework though!

@ Hoshifura. I don't take English III till next semester luckily.
I hate this Study guide for my upcoming U.S history exam. " All About Colonial History Pre-Civil War!" No matter the amount of enthusiasm in that title, I loath U.S history. The civil war and up until then = Boring as Hell.

The U.S history test was easy, but mostly because of the studying.
Tonight I have to study for two test.
Latin Roots 1-140
U.S History Pt2, essay.
