Ok so I just downloaded photoscape yesterday and i'm still new to it but I pretty much got the hang of it so if you want a signature let me know! I'll post the work I did so far so you can see and critique it. Don't worry about making me upset. I can take it!

Suggestion for your font (in the first picture): The dark blue can't be seen, I'd lighten that up slightly. :3

Is a bit gaudy. And too squarish for a sig (just my opinion since I always think sigs ought to be long-landscapes)

Work on tags without type first.
Your typography skills aren't well developed and type can single-handedly ruin a good tag so I suggest you stay away until you get the other basics down. There are lots of tutorials floating around that help explain things to look at when selecting renders/BG and everything else to put into your image.
