Regarding E-mail Extensions, Unable to Register/Banned

I've only been noticed of this issue right now. E-mails under the "*@hotmail.com/uk/etc" extension have _accidentally_ been banned since the 29th of September. If you were unable to log in/register, you are now able to do so again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
