What Natsuki's Prayer Slips Can Do:

* Arc of the Heavens - The user places a card in front of them, holding the card with one hand, while the other hand is placed at their chest with their thumb, ring, and pinky finger down, and their middle and index finger up. The user then chants, "Egredere, arcus caeli, arcus, quae dii fiunt. Exite cum luce sagittarum tuarum, ut luceant sicut in clara stellanti nocte.". (Translation: Come forth, arc of heavens, the arc of which the gods have made. Come forth, with your arrows of light, that they may shine bright as on a starry night.) The prayer slip then turns into a golden bow, and a quiver, which contains light arrows. Yet, the more light arrows the user uses, the more energy is drained from the user.
* Heavenly Circle of Light - The user takes a prayer slip and holds it in front of them chanting "Lux caelestis, qui formam circuli ab inflicto protege me quacumque!". (Translation: Heavenly light, form a circle that shall protect me from infliction of any kind!) The Prayer Slip then forms into a magic circle, large enough to protect the user. The less power the user has, the weaker the magic circle's defense is.
* Spell of Rejuvenation - A healing spell. Healing powers depend on how serious the injury is and how much power and energy the user has left. The user places a prayer slip above the injury, chanting: "Adduc ad medicinam et salutem, ut luceat lux splendens oh, quod semel rejuvenate vexatis.". (Translation: Bring healing and health, oh light that shine bright, rejuvenate what was once damaged.)

* Flash step - Natsuki can preform flash steps, yet it also tires her out as she does so. Because of this, she only uses the flash step if necessary.


Personality: Natsuki is a kind young girl who can be sensitive, clumsy, and cheerful. She'll be in a good mood most of the time and think in a positive way, trying not to let her hopes down that easily. She loves meeting new people and trying out new things, especially when it comes to food.
History: Natsuki was born into a small family of 4, her mother, father, older sister, and herself. As a child, she grew up with her sister, playing, eating, and doing all kinds of activities everyday. But when Natsuki turned the age of 10, her sister was diagnosed with a brain tumor. As years passed, Natsuki's sister grew worse and worse, and as Natsuki's 15th birthday arrived the doctors announced that Natsuki's sister would probably just have somewhere around a year to live. Everyday, Natsuki would become more and more sad, thinking the thought, "What if Onee-chan died...?". She couldn't bear to lose her beloved sister. But one day the Incubator came... The Incubator with the name of Kyubey.
"P-Please... Don't let Onee-chan die...! I... I want her to live!" she cried.
And so her wish was granted. Natsuki had now become a Puella Magi.

Due to a card accident she lost her eye sight, after coming off the hospital she returned to school but being unable to do anything by herself anymore all her friends left her alone, she truly hates that feeling of isolation so she tried to get a surgery, had it done but still with bandages in her eyes she overheard the doctor's less than positive comments about her results... depressed by it and with tears almost flowing out of her bandages she made a pact with Kyuubei, this happened three months ago.

Soul Gem Color/Shape: [Her soul Gem] - When in passive mode the soul gem will take the form of a ring in her ring finger, runes are written over the middle part. She is able to use her gem's force to manipulate her goggles, infusing some magic into one of its lenses to allow her the ability to see through solid objects. (this is magic)
while on Magic girl form her gem will encrust itself into the right part of her head set.

Main Weapon: A huge Sword with lots of strings coming off of it, she can use the string to bind her enemy but they can only reach so far, once trapped however it's hard to get out of, they are magical strings after all.
The sword itself feels as light as a feather for her but can push quite so power.
She is the warrior type of fighter, nimble and agile, not a lot of range but highly effective up close.
Other Abilities:
Sometimes while in battle wings of smoke would come out from her back, while these wings are present her attack power and movement speed are higher than normal by a moderate margin, She also gains the ability to see in 360 degrees but she tired faster as she is using a lot more power than normal.
using this will expose her seed to quick corruption.

*even while in her normal human form she can use her soul gem's powers to see through walls, she does this by using her goggles where her soul gem resides.

Personality:Naoko is of a slightly lazy nature when it comes to most things, yet unusually active for things she enjoys. She doesn't think twice on skipping school, likes parties, likes romantic stories and enjoys a sweet candy every now and them.
She is quite straight forward and can be stubborn often ignoring others on favor of her own critique.
She is slightly popular at school but is considered as a weird girl by many mainly because of always skipping classes and wearing such colorful alterations to their regular school uniform.

She likes mechanical things but people have never seen her doing actual mechanical work, just reading magazines on the subject every so often, has an unusually high reading speed.

History: Not too much to go around in her case, is not like her mom or dad where there for her for the later part of her life so she's fine living on her own while they do their business else where. Without a little sister to take care of or an annoying brother to look after she can do whatever she likes in the apartment they left behind.

one day four months ago while going back from school after a seasonal game where she was having fun with a few friends she suffered a rather harsh accident on her taxi, after spending a full month in recovery she came out of the surgery without her sight... mysteriously enough... almost by a miracle a few weeks later she regained her sight as if nothing had happened... the doctors where impressed by it but could make no conclusion on the subject.
her parents came to take care of her while she was injured but not even a week after her recovery and they where could and about once again.

In her secret life she hunts demons, destroying them as part of her pact with that mysterious creature.
She is well aware that there are other magic girls and tries to stay out of their way to avoid fighting over a pray, with this said she will not surrender her pray to others unless she knows of another target near by.

Lately she has heard rumors of what has been happening to girls, girls she knew where magic girls, one night showing concern she asked the funny little animal thing if he knew what was happening, but got nothing in return... the white thing denied knowing about the murders so she just shrug it off, hoping for whatever was causing it to stop.
now she spends her days normally, being a little more careful around strangers but not by a long shot.

Favourite Colour: Red, but she likes a whole lot of colors often wearing wacky color combinations to school.

Hobbies: Resting down on hallways and stair ways, reading mechanical magazines and poking around things she can get her hands on while on her free time, Using her X-ray vision to peek at what others are doing... not too useful in a school where walls are made of glass but it works for harder to see places.

That's actually a very good question. I'm not sure if the anime is clear on that though we most likely may not. Though from what I hear one character died from using 'all of her magic'. You would have to ask Charlotte about that. =P

Actually, corruption is still in existence. In the final episode of the anime, you can see Homura using a few Spirit's Tears to cleanse her soul gem. So yes, corruption still exists, but instead of turning into witches, Puella Magi's souls just sort of shatter into nothingness. Unless they die before hand. But hopefully that won't happen.
