As for my name...well, Luka is obviously my favorite Vocaloid. She means a lot to me since she was really what brought me into the Vocaloid fandom (even though I had known about it before her). But it also has to do with the fact that I always loved the named 'Luca'. Luca is one of my favorite towns in FFX. One of my favorite characters from Macross Frontier as well.

Bernkastel is such a great name to say outloud. She is my favorite character from Umineko. That, and deep down, there's an evil, conspiring tea-sipping demon inside of me, just like good 'ol Bernie. Thing is, this is usually used to plot out rather pleasant surprises for people.

I was signing up in this other forum and I wanted a single name user so I thought of something that starts with "R" (since my real name starts with R).
I don't really remember why I chose Rayne. Guess it's because I read the name before and that was the first thing that popped into my mind.

When I was in High School I had a best friend who I used to call 'Lizbeth'[Her real name was Elizabeth] occasionally and one day I complained that my real nickname [Tory] was boring so she started calling me her 'Kleine Kartoffel'. She came up with this because we both took German and I have a severe love of potatoes.
The '-chan' was added to make it 'cuter', and chances are if you see 'Kartoffel-' anything or even just Kartoffel, it's me~
BTW, Kartoffel=Potato is German and Danish I think =w=b

Seriously though, it was probably around late middle school. I was talking to one of my friends over AIM and I brought up I was trying to learn flash and be a flash animator. We'd been watching a lot of LF, and some video game related flash animations, so she was all over it. "You should be *Insert name here*!" Around the time I thought the black mages from Final Fantasy were adorable, so there was a reference to that and my name or something like that. I don't actually remember the name too well to be honest. Then sometime later I randomly doodled a cat-girl in a mage costume in the margin of one of my notebooks during class out of boredom and it stuck for some reason.
MagiCat came out of that and when I set up stuff online from that point on it was under that name.

I've always debated with myself if it was nolae or norae. I guess it doesn't matter, seeing as koreans don't really differentiate between the two.

Eenkin ... because it was randomly typed. I used to do that all the time when signing up for something, but now I just sign up as this name or the two other randomly-typed names that I liked.

Teto Megurine was my first nickname. Because I love bother Teto and Luka at that time.
Next was Counsel_Rage. It was a mix of Millia rage, and my account in Cosmic bReak, Counsel. That name didn't grow any pops except for waging war with Vea-chan.
Caspian. It's a name of a Raven in Armored core. Not from Prince Caspian.
Unlimited Gun Works, ehm...I was in love with Mami that time.
Kirsten, H.N.Elly's real name. But no one recognizes it.
H.N.Elly now someone recognizes it, but someone thought it was a horse. It's okay, i really love this nickname. i grew pops with this.
Seccom Masada Sensei. I dunno,why ask?
Urotsuki. i find her cute, and I'm still in to Yume Nikki stuff
Next should be Asakura, but i think everyone would hate me for using it. Well...
