I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Sure they are fixing errors but it kinda proves they were rushing the product.

When you open the editor it'll ask if you want to download the update
if I remember correctly all you have to do is click yes and it'll send
you to a website and you click a button to save to a destination
then you click where you saved it and thats about it :3

Nope. That would mean every time the Editor got an update they would have to pull and replace all the physical copies. As Utatane said, once you install and boot V3 it'll ask you if you want to update to the newest version. It'll take you to the site and you download it. I don't know why digital copies aren't downloaded with the most recent update already installed. I can't imagine it'd take that much time and effort to change it. >.>

From what i understand after asking a similar question about other digital software, It actually kinda does. Everything gets compartmentalized and so it's just easier all around at least for them to issue an update. And since even the best program can glitch. To say it was rushed is a bit harsh unless the program as a whole is buggy from the start.
Applications programming is a race between software engineers, who strive to produce idiot-proof programs, and the Universe which strives to produce bigger idiots.
So far, the Universe is winning.
Thank you
and bows out

That they're releasing so many updates probably means they want to show that they really care.
