I need a little help in finding the wig, though. I only saw one in cosplayfu and... No, cosplayfu? Just no. No offense, but I heard cosplayfu is from Milanoo or something like that, and it's a huge risk. I need to find at least a brown wig with bangs.
I found a costume here:
...I'll need to rewatch Card Captor Sakura again, because it's been some years since I last watched it. XD

I like the material they used to make it and it does seem to be the entire thing
Maybe I am just over thinking things cause I haven't exactly seen the series in over ten years
But something seems off
95 dollars but is normally 180 and up
That's a bit pricey, I wonder if you would be able to find one a bit cheaper some place else
All you would need if you got that is the magic wand and book of spells
They actually make replica book of spells that came out years ago
I got one but boy were they costly and sadly they went up in price

Aaand, yeah I need the wand and the book too... I'm trying to find both, also still trying to find a wig.

It's just something looks a bit off... but it's probably just me x3
I found it, at least for me I found what is off about it for me
Sakura's outfits for the most part were made for her by her friend
Usually out of normal clothing material so I think what I was seeing was it being shiny fabric
Where her outfit has never been shiny before and that is probably what was throwing me off

Edit: Forgot to say, of course I'm not wearing the wigs like that (except the one who's really a Sakura wig), I'm going to style them and stuff xD

arda wigs is really good, lots of colors + based in U.S. + thick wigs, perfect styling bases
if you want something cheaper and pre-styled, lots of taobao stores are good, depends what you want really
okay back on topic
that sakura cosplay doesn't look good, at all. :-( it's REALLY shiny in their stock pictures, where they use studio lighting and photoshop to make it look appealing to potential buyers. so if it goes through all that artificial lighting and post-processing, how's it going to look like without any, at an actual con?
...answer: shiny pile of garbage.
stick to something with a base of cotton/some sturdy, matte fabric.
i'd suggest this one from honestdragonchina since they have 99.6% positive feedback and show you exactly what you're getting, as well as a picture from a customer (the little girl). they also do custom sizing only, meaning it will fit you better. also, $80 + $30 = $110, which is a smidgen cheaper than the first one of $96 + $25.50 = $121.50.
on the topic of wigs, the ones you posted were all really overpriced.
you need a nice wig, but paying $35+ for a sakura wig and still needing to style it is...not a good deal lol
if you're willing to get a shopping service (~10-15% fee + shipping from china ~$20), taobao is a great option
the costumes there are pretty nice if you look in the right places and most of the time they're much cheaper at around $50-70, and wigs are like $10-20. good if you're on a budget/willing to try a shopping service
tl;dr poke around ebay and taobao, make sure sellers have good feedback (99%+) and show photos of products from all angles, if you see repeat/stolen photos avoid them, exercise common sense, etc.

D: Really? Ugh... Also, like I said, the prices converted to euros don't look that bad xD
About the sites you recommended:
-Is Ebay really safe? I heard it's VERY risky and the stuff turns out bad, but I might be wrong =~=
-I know nothing about Taobao... xD
And a question for both the sites (or stores, whatever it's called lol): Do they ship worldwide? I live in Portugal, so yeah, I'm not in the U.S.

and I never used ebay , so i won't talk about it
Indeed it is, it's always why I get worried about shipping xD; (slight offtopic I guess, d'oops >_>)
Edit:
Found something not so necessary for the cosplay, but...

The outfit she showed is far more show accurate and isn't shiny pink
That was my biggest bone to pick with the other outfit is that it was shiny pink
Which the shows suit isn't
Also Milk
You got a website that you buy your wigs from in particular?

That just means that a business will ship to anywhere in the world
It means that anyone can buy it and not have to worry about where they live
They will make sure it gets there
Most places will ship world wide
The only problems you could possibly run into is if you have a P.O. Box
Reason being is some places refuse to ship to P.O. Boxes although I never figured out why
