Her voicebank quality, even though they claim it's only 20% done, is so much better than V2! She's still a little too nasally for my liking, but it's not too bad.

So Noboru hurt his back and is taking sick days. this is effecting scheduling meetings (presumably for Lily.)

First off; they are scheduling her release. were going to have that meeting this week. now its next week. the meeting. not the release itself of course. so Lily is likely emminent with Megpoid being released next month. sometime after that probably. also a bonus bit of news in there. something about miku but i don't know what AOD means.

EDIT: Oh! It VOCALEKT! Heh! and Tempo-P was just here looking at this... Heh.

it does not sound like lily is only 20 percent done to me. if she were they would not be scheduling her release already.

Considering the 20% wa a while ago, I'm not suprised, Gakupo's first voicebank took 5 months to reorganise accroding to Internet. Its been 3 months since the release of the demo roughly.

I read the tweets myself, Lily looks like she is about to be announced. Judgeing by past performancing I expect her at the latest within 3 months myself and I'll be surprised if she takes longer then that. If it takes more then 3 months longer it means she got delayed . :-/

From what I'm read so far, from the point of recording it will take 4-6 months to release a voicebank for Japanese Vocaloids. 4 months seems to be the old rush jobs while 6 or longer tends to be the better quality releases. Least this is what its proving to be so far.

I'm reminded Engloids take anywhere between 6 months... to 2 years it seems... Er... Yeah... Ignore me, I'm amazed thats all how fast these voicebanks can be turned out in Japanese at times. '

@Stormbringer: I would think they would get to recording Gakupoid V3 before they started antother project (which would be Gachapoid V3 )

I hope they start pumping out Lily V3 demos after Megpoid Native comes out, and they have halfway decent demos this time around (maybe hire niki or another prominent Lily user to make some demo songs?)
