Where do people find out about this stuff.
I feel like I've learned more VOCALOID in a couple minutes than I would've learned in a month.

Also, the [Sil] DOES work with SeeU.
Tried with TOWER.vsqx at the certain point here:
ASUFARUTO o kuroku someru

Did you use [Sil] with her Japanese bank? Also, OH MY FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER. [Sil] fixes SO MUCH with SONiKA. [Asp] too. And [?], too. Hell, no wonder she was an expert level Vocaloid. She's so hard to use without using this crap no one tells us about. :/

It's a glottal stop. It's the "-" in "uh-oh" and the "tt" in "bottle" when you hear a Cockney person say it like "boh'ul".

I put it in a 1/64th note :

[l V][?][V]

Whether does anything or not, I can't tell, but she does sound less slurry.

That sounds like it's pretty similar to [Sil] in a sense, then...

Oh my god! That [_0] is so useful for making Japanese Vocaloids sing English!

It's a miracle!

Yep! It's a zero. It was for that reason that I mentioned the X-SAMPA thing. If you forgot it you always can revise the Wikipedia's article for X-SAMPA
Anyway I read which phonemes now have a devoiced version. All the sonorants (vowels, nasals and liquid consonants) now has a devoiced version. So the devoiced phonemes are:
vowels: [a_0][e_0][i_0][o_0][M_0]
nasals: [n_0][J_0][m_0][m'_0][N_0][N'_0][N\_0]
liquids: [4_0][4'_0]

And ninjamitsuki is right. These phonemes really increase the capability of the Japanese Vocaloids for sing in other languages. Just compare these sound smaples:
- Miki without devoiced vowels
- Miki with devoiced vowels
