A question for power Fx this noob needs help

I've been thinking about buying Oliver, but I'm a little confused about what I get with the light editor that comes with him
. Specifically, can the lite editor edit pitch bends and vibrato like the Vocaloid 2 editor, or could I only use the preset templates? And if the lite editor only uses templates, where could I buy the full editor in english? Any help would be greatly appreciated~

Really doesn't matter where you buy it, the full editor have English. In other words, when you install it... the program gives you the option

oh thank you so much~ that makes ALOT more sense than what was posted on the power FX site! Although after seeing the price of the editor alone, it looks like I'll be sticking with the lite editor DX
