~ Rise of Area 13 ~
...Japan in the new generation...

Japan is born as the new Area 13, a futuristic city, controlled by high-technology mechanism. Things are instantly changed due to some changes happened at Japan: manual becomes automatic, works become easier, and jobs are easily done. Although this was a paradise treated by anyone else, it brings chaos to all the residents of Japan. There is only one thing that Japan are afraid of, "Robots might take over them". Now, they launched a all-out war between technology and humans. At the first wave of attack, Human were easily defeated by robots by their high-tech weapons. Now that the second wave is about to start, what will happen to our Japanese folks? Will you join them as they fight the robots that will take over the world?

This role-play is not a normal human-robot war, where humans are no match for robots, for they are simply normal. No, you're wrong. Those who joins the battle in human side have their own powers and abilities. These abilities are needed to match against the robotic phenomena. Naturally, water is their enemy, but only chosen people can control water techniques that will surely defeat the robots. Some other abilities are flame and earth.

Robots are not humans, that have their own minds, but they have memory chips, that serves as their brain. Some new ones at fighting doesn't have any records of fighting styles, so they can be easily defeated. Elite ones recorded some battling techniques that will help them defeat random ones. They also have their "own" moves, like fusion and fission. These where just part of their basics.

Robots have three kinds of attacks: fusion, fission, and nuclear. Fusion allows them to merge their bodies and bring up another good robotic machine. Of course if the monster dies, both of the robots will die. Moves are incredibly upgraded to another level. Fission allows them to part themselves into different parts. This is also used to part the two or more robots when they have fused. This doesn't affect their natural skills. Nuclear attacks requires their energy and power. This is their primary weapon. This attacks include lasers and torpedo fires.

Humans can be normal or special. Normal ones have their guts to fight, even if they will die. Special have their powers like water, fire and earth. Almost all of them have their weapons to fight. I'll bet they will fight until they met victory over robots.

Area 13
This is the futuristic city of Japan. As I said, robots take over the place, and a conflict between humans and robots are occurring. Workers you can see around are not humans, they are totally bots. These robots are very hard-working, but note! They are dangerous. At Capital 11, the early Tokyo days is the kingdom of the Robot King "Mecha". It is where robots are made and trained. There are robots who protect King Mecha from enemies, and they are called "Thirteens", who were actually thirteen elite guardians. Capital 6, the early Misaki days, is the dump-side of all useless robots. This place was undergoing some tough changes, and they plan this to be the capital city of Area 13. Capital 11, the early Osaka days, is the current capital city of Area 13. Capital 11 is such a huge place to hang out. *shopping, shopping, shopping*, that is what people do at the city. 11 is a great shopping district of Area 13. Some other places are not too special, but we can include them in role-plays. The Area 13 has the limit of Capital 15, the end of Area 13, where you can leave Japan and go to other country.

1. God-modding is restricted. Even robots could die.
2. You can control at least 5 characters. If all your character died, you can have another 5 character limit. Free to play.
3. Defeat the Robot king. This is the primary goal for humans. Defeat humans. This is the primary goal for robots.
4. Respect my words. Three-strikes and you're out.
5. I hate one-liners, okay? It's alright to make at least 2-straight line from corner to corner, okay?

- Dance of The Spades: Trace borrows the God of Wind's power and then she will start spinning as the strings that are attaches to her sleeves spins around and the sharp pointers (Spades) slashes the enemies or anything else.
- Guns: For long-ranged attacks or light attacks.
- Strings and Spades: For medium attacks.
- Wind Blade: A special sword that only appears when she really needs it. For heavy attacks.
History: Trace was the incarnation of Japan. Her real name is Daichi (Ground), even though it's a boy's name she actually liked it. She hides her real name for unknown reasons. She is part of the Special Forces of Japan or as you can call it the army or the police. Trace will do anything for Japan to be save and peaceful like it was supposed to.

Personality: Youka has some friends, although she prefers to be alone. She can be friendly around others, though.
Power/Weapon:
- Blast Zap: Zaps the foe with electricity
- Electro Spark: Creates sparks that short out anything Youka touches. Can be used to temporarily stun robots if she can get close enough.
- Lightning Electrocution: Summons a devastating lightning bolt to attack the foe. Has the potential to easily kill robots, but is extremely difficult to use correctly.
- Life Healer: Used to revive someone who is near death. Only works on others.
- True Shield: Creates a forcefield around Youka. The forcefield is indestructable, but only lasts a few minutes.
History: Youka doesn't really care much about the robots. She only fights them because she has to.

Personality: Sachiko basically has an average personality for a girl her age. She is energetic, friendly, and loves to have fun.
Power/Weapon:
- Mystic Curse: Sachiko puts a curse on the enemy, cutting its attack power in half.
- Psychic Lance: Sachiko makes a lance out of psychic energy and attacks the foe with it using telekinesis.
- Power Blaster: Fires a powerful beam of psychic energy at the foe.
- Energy Charm: A charm that Sachiko always keeps with her. It increases her psychic powers.
- Midnight Shade: Temporarily makes the area pitch black. Can be used to escape.
History: Sachiko is not very physically strong yet due to still being very young. Because of that, she chooses to fight from a distance using psychic powers rather than with weapons. Her powers are surprisingly strong, though, and are often underestimated since she is still small.

I probably won't make a robot, but I might if no one else does since we don't have any yet.
