Heaven's Revival

You fill out your character sheet to your liking, carefully planning each part of it. You finish, and The Angel appears before you, as if knowing you just completed the form. With a wave of your hand, you feel yourself shifting in different directions, as if something is pulling you. It feels a bit uncomfortable, but just when it becomes a real annoyance, it stops. You also realize the words in your head are now gone. Focusing back on her, you ask what she just did to you.

"I gave you the powers of your choice, and granted you the status of god. Use these powers wisely." She says. Suddenly, you realize that there are other people around you, all of different appearances. "These are others like you, pure souls who have been gifted god powers as well." The Angel pauses for a moment, then looks back at you. "Your first task I wish for you to do, is to attempt to reconstruct heaven. I have given you, along with everyone else, the ability to create solid objects. With this power, you can create the structures Heaven shall have out of a special matter called Cloud Matter." You put your hands in front of you and think. Somehow, you see a gleaming, translucent, white shape in front of you. You look back at The Angel, and she smiles.

"Good, it's easy to make matter, as well as destroy it. But you cannot make things you have not seen. You must go to the earth Realm to explore the objects there, and use those as your way of creativity. The first thing you must create in Heaven is a fountain square, so that you may have a comfortable place to rest. Please make sure it is circular, with stone pathways and a nice big fountain in the center. Benches may be good too, if you can remember what those are." The Angel leads you to where the others are, gathering all of you in a group so she may speak to you all as one. "I will give you the ability to travel between the Earth Realm and Heaven Realm. Please take your time in your current task, as crafting Heaven is not something to be rushed. Perhaps now could be a good time for you to meet your fellow gods. When you are ready, you may teleport to the Earth Realm. Farewell." At that, the Angel dissipates, leaving you to do things on your own. You decide what you should do first, to travel to Earth, or perhaps meet the other newly ascended gods.

A few things to note:

• There is no ground in the Heaven Realm, but you have control on where you move as a god.
• You can create the Cloud Matter with whatever body part you choose, whether it's your fingers or feet. But remember that matter will be created only from where you begin ( think of your body as a brush in a 3D image software)
• Remember, you cannot create things you have not seen.
• Even though your a god, don't do what ever the hell you want, as The Angel will probably stop you (she is tougher than you may think.)

William looked round nervously, he was'nt to sure about this. But he was raised to respect god. He wanted to speak to the others, but he was a mere doctors apprentice, and these guys scared him slightly, only a few looked like the sort of people he would speak to. The rich ones, he decided the best course of action was to go to earth. He knew a city with a beautiful fountin plaza, and he could see how some of his old patients were getting on. "I think i'll go to earth first.". He tried to think of his destination, Rome. Sure enough he opened his eyes and he was back in his old city. The usual hustle and bustle going on around him.

The newly named Sheagora was still surprised, no surprised was to weak a word, flabbergasted maybe, no still not that good, mystified was far better a word for all this. He was god now, well a mad chaotic god , wouldn’t being mad and chaotic mean he was a dark god, maybe a demon, no he was god he was also the god of creativity so he must not be evil, though good and evil were just ones perspective of the same thing so he must just be a god. Well that was one mystery created and solved. He looked around to those that would be his fellow gods, they looked to be good company maybe, well why would his judgment be good, so they could be the worst company ever or the best. Well most of them one of them almost instantly left well no cheese for him then, yeah he would make cheese, cheese for everyone, no that was a silly idea, then again who didn’t like cheese, well maybe those who didn’t , though would you not like cheese if you were a god, She agora knew he didn’t care for cheese, so no one would get cheese, so the god who left wasn’t going to miss anything it seemed as no one was getting cheese. It was then he realized two things one he was floating, and two he was missing his cane. Now the floating was fine he could even be falling and fine with it, or even rising if need be, but he could not do without his cane, well he could but he didn’t want to. Well he had heard of better excuses to try new things, he put his hand out and thought about his cane, and within a few moments it formed in his hand, this cloud matter or whatever was nice.

“ Well I’m sure he was no fun anyways, better off without him I am sure we are.” He said “ So how do we do this should we introduce ourselves and what exactly we govern, maybe we can do it over a campfire I hated them so when I was young, I still remember them burning the wood the smell of smoke and the dancing of the flames, I hated it all. So show of hands whose with me floating camp fire? ” he asked.


Barret was rather unimpressed by those that would stand with him as gods, they didn’t seem the sort to be given the status as gods, though admittedly he didn’t seem the sort either. He was pleased he had chosen to govern time, normally or at least in most mythos, the time deity was the one in charge , because time was the most powerful thing humans could think of, however he doubted that simply being the god of time would get him the position of chief god right now. However despite being the god of time he did want more, he had the power to travel backwards forwards and stop time, he could use that. Even as he started to think up a plan, one of the others seemingly teleported to earth while another made a cane, and the suggested a campfire introduction ceremony despite him apparently hating campfires, really that made no sense, he figured it was better to go along with it.

“ Not the best idea I have ever heard but an introduction sounds like a good idea. My name is Barret Ross and I am the god of time. ” He said.

“ Oh yes I forgot to say who I am silly me suggesting something and not even going through with it. Well my old name doesn’t matter anymore I have a new one call me Sheagora, I govern Chaos madness and creativity.” Sheagora said happily

Catherine looked around in surprise, still not sure what to make of this whole 'God' buisness. So, these people were gods? They didn't look like the all powerful being like she had thought but she knew that herself, a child, didn't look like God material either. What the mad one, Sheagora, suggested piqued her interest; she'd never been to a campfire before. She'd heard about them and thought they sounded fun but her mother would never let her do something like that. Well, her mother wasn't the boss of her anymore! The polite thing to do would be to introduce herself, since they were going to be working together for now on. She turned and smiled to her fellow gods.

"Hello, my name's Catherine. I'm the god, or rather goddess, of children, fun and aging. It's a pleasure to meet you all." She did a little curtsey that her parents had taught her to do whenever she met someone of higher or equal status to herself.

Marii looked around at her new environment. Since the young little angel had shown up she took this opportunity to travel back to a place that she was sure would have a magnificent fountain. She decided it would be beautiful to start with as structure. She looked over at the person introducing themselves and decided to just brush it off and go off on her "adventure for architecture"
She went to Rome Italy where she would visit the Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi. A beautiful fountain, the base of the fountain is a basin from the centre of which travertine rocks rise to support four river gods and above them, an ancient Egyptian obelisk surmounted with the Pamphili family emblem of a dove with an olive twig. Collectively, they represent four major rivers of the four continents through which papal authority had spread: the Nile representing Africa, the Danube representing Europe, the Ganges representing Asia, and the Plate representing the Americas.
It was a truly impressive piece in her opinion. The question was... How would she build it? She didn't quite have the power to do such things and was far too weak in strength to do anything. She memorized the structure but in her memory she jumbled it to a few of the gods shes seen including herself on the bottom of the fountain and around its base leading up to the top of the pillar where the small angel represented herself in a holy pose with wings finely spread in a cross position holding her hands out. Water would spew from her palms and dribble down some of the gods and goddess' backs and torsos. In her opinion it was a good idea but she wasn't sure how the others would feel about it. Her mind set did tend to be a little too cliche and pure of heart for her own good.

Minami looked around. Knowing the new task was assigned to him, he started to test his creating power. For a starter he create his beloved katana. It works, he admires his new-found power. Then he notices the other god and goddess around him, some already went down to Earth, some is still going the introduction. He decides to approach the introducing god and goddeses. "Yo, my name's Minami, i'm the God of Wisdom, Knowledge, and minds." Minami says "Oh, and i do agree with the campfire idea" says Minami again.

Kiro

Kiro Still was having a hard time believing what the angel had said to him and the others that had appeared around him.
"So the dio is really dead? Then who will answer his holiness requests and the other good people's prayers?
Kiro thought as he looked about at the group. A few gods had already gone down to Earth while the others had begun to introduce themselves.
"I hope someone does. After all, I don't think mankind wants to have their questions answered by the god of war."
Kiro continued to himself as he floated over to the group. He simple watched as each god introduced themselves until finally it was his turn.
"Greetings; I am the god of war,death,and suffering, My name is Kiro."
He said in a bit of a dull tone still having him mind preoccupied on what he had thought earlier. As the group continued to talk he noticed that the other gods had more upper class clothing compared to him and his basic warriors tunic.
"I guess most of these other dios came from rich families. I guess it would be best not to mention I was a warrior in life."
He thought to himself as he began to slowly back away from the group.
"I'm going to go down to Earth to start the project if anyone wishes to join me."
He said aloud before he realized the error in his wording.
"I guess I need to actually need to know how to travel to Earth. I know the angel mentioned something about just thinking about teleporting their but how the heck do you do it?"
Kiro muttered to himself as he rubbed his chin in confusion.
"Well Guess i will just give imagine the city."
he continued as he folded his arms and closed his eye and began to visualize his home of Rome. After taking a few slight breath he felt a light gust of wind the made him open his eyes. Their he stood in front of the Trevi Fountain just like how it had been back when he was still alive.
"Well I guess I solved that now how to I get this up to heaven?"
Kiro said aloud again rubbing his chin in confusion.
"Maybe another God will help me out."
Kiro thought while trying to figure out how to memorize the piece accurately.

"A God of War huh? I just hope that he won't drag me to his 'War' affairs" Minami says to himself. The word 'War' means a lot to him. Having witnesses some tragic events caused by the war, lost his precious because of the war, seeing people suffer and dying because of war, and most importantly, he died, because of war. When he got the god-like power, it was a brilliant solution to him, to make a world of peace, without war and suffering, to make a haven for every creature.

William was walking round, he didnt think anyone noticed him. Or if they did, they just ignored him. His target however, was the trevi fountin, he wasnt sure if any of the others had ever lived in rome, and he was hoping the others wernt here to look at the fountin as well. He approached the foot of the fountain, the angels worrds etched in his mind. He supposed their best bet to build the fountin, was to get a picture, and he knew just the place. He noticed one of the other gods, giving a feignt smile, he walked round. He knew he was acting like a child, but his death was ironic, and he thought that others would pick on him for it. "Its beautiful, isnt it. A true masterpeice. I recognize you from up there, one of the other gods. The names william, im in charge of nature, and animals.", he wasnt used to introducing himself, but he felt he had done a good job. "You know, i know where we can get a painting of the fountin. to help with the design.".

Kiro:
Kiro continued to think about his conundrum when he heard a soft voice comment on how beautiful the fountain was. It was another god who looked about 16 to 18 at the most and a good foot under Kiro.
Yes it is a nice fountain. I use to pass by it on my way to fencing combat."
Kiro responded as he looked from the fountain to the god. The black haired god then introduced himself as William the god of nature and that he knew of a place where they could obtain a painting of the fountain so that they could build it back in heaven.
"Well it seems that you have answered my prayers. Since I had no idea on how I was going to bring the fountain back with me to heaven."
he commented as he gestured the young god to lead the way.
"My name is Kiro I rule of war, death, and suffering."
He added as he began to follow William.

William wasnt fazed when he heard kiro mention war, after all, he was a doctors son. His job involved helping wounded soldiers. But now it was helping the nature that humans destroy. he turned the corner, entering a workshop just opposite a bakers. He could smell the lovely scent of the bread, but knew he would never be able to eat it again, and glad that the humans couldnt see them. "Here we are, my dad used to be a doctor, and the painter here was one of his customers. He has a big wall canvas of the fountain, and a smaller copy in the corner over there. and im sorry if im boring you, im not good at talking to complete strangers.". William walked over to the back, picking up the smaller canvas, but it still caused his arms to be stretched, even when in portrait veiw. He struggled back to kiro, before placing the painting next to them. "Well we have a painting, should we head back?".

Bell smiled at each of the Gods and Goddesses, "Good to meet you all, my name is simply Bell. I govern hope, expectations and community~" she said before concentrating and conjuring up a pipe, she decided that she would smoke 'cloud' vapor rather than anything found on Earth. "As far as the fire is concerned I don't mind, this will be our new home soon, perhaps we should through a small festival once everything is settled?" she asked, her blue eyes sparkling. She had hoped to form bonds with her fellow beings and the quickest way she knew was to throw a party of some kind. She abruptly shut those thoughts off, her death still too fresh in her mind and she shook her head to try and clear them away.

Kiro:
As the two gods entered the art's shop Kiro looked around at each of the paintings while he waited for William to get the smaller painting of the Trevi fountain while he explained about his past. Each picture seemed to done in some kind of oil that gave off an odd smell, still they were extremely well done. He then noticed a picture of two maidens sitting on marble benches while enjoying a marble public bath.
"That might be useful in heaven. I'll bring it up and show the others."
Kiro thought as he walked up to the picture and removed it from where it hung. As he did this he heard William come behind him asking if he was ready to go.
"Hm? Sure. Unless their is somewhere you want to go first."
he commented as he picked up both pictures with a single hand and began to follow William out of the store.

"Erm.... no, im good. Well, i would like to see my house one last time, might make my puppy while were up there. it would allow me to have a friend to play with. Im not sure if id make a good god, i tend to avoid socialising. Mostly cause i grew up in a part of rome that would rough you up for even blinking wrong.". He was sure he was boring kiro now, but he found this god easier to speak to, it might just be groups, individualy he would be fine, in a group, he would freeze up, and be unable to speak. they were crossing a long road, littered with various stalls. "Still, my life was better than my death, killed by a pack of wolves, kind of ironic really. So how about you, whats your story?".

Kiro:
"All right then to your home then."
Kiro replied as he made his way through the crowds with William. He partially listened to the boy talk about where he grew up, not making much noise as he adjusted each painting in his hand so that they wouldn't rip or tear.
" I wounder if maybe we should of left some in exchange for these paintings? Oh well. I guess if that painter ever is called to fight I will give him good fortune on the battle field."
Kiro thought until William asked him about his previous life making him come back to reality.
"Oh me? I didn't have much of childhood. I was raised from birth to fight for the church."
He muttered as memories of his father beating him with a belt during training for not holding his sword correctly came back along with other things.
"In the end though, I was tortured to death in the holy lands by being ripped limp from limb.Not exactly a heroic death eh."
He said as he continued down the street casually looking at each vendor avoiding eye contact with William as a defense mechanism that had been engraved into his mind from birth.
