Vocaloid3 Music Contest

Apparently it started all the way back in November 15th last year. It ends at March 31st so if anyone has any songs in store upload them for a chance to win something! The prize depends on the Vocaloid you make a song for.

The vocaloids allowed are:

VY1V3
Mew
Megpoid (Power, Whisper, Adult, Sweet)
SeeU
Tone Rion
CUL

Vocaloid2 libraries imported into Vocaloid3 are not allowed.

As said before, the prize depends on the Vocaloid. If the Vocaloid you use is Megpoid or CUL, then it will be from Internet Co., Ltd.

Internet Co., Ltd Prize(Megpoid/CUL)
3 winners will get one Vocaloid product from Internet Co., Ltd

SBS Artech Prize (SeeU)
1 winner will get a ticket to Seoul in South Korea for three days and two nights (one person only ticket).
1 excellence winner will get 32GB iPad with Wi-Fi

imyss Prize (SeeU)
Coemetic Gift Set from imyss

Yamaha Prize (VY1V3/Mew/Tone Rion)
Grande Prize: Cubase6
3 excellence winners of a Vocaloid library of your choice (I don't know whether it means you can have three or one product)

Media Award Prize (Tone Rion)
1 winner is invited to Akihabara (2 tickets)
I don't know what this next bit says so I'm gonna leave it as the translation goes: Tickets available media stage preferential treatment (10 people)
1 winner, Yamaha's TENORI-ON

All Vocaloid3 libraries
Assorted goods for five winners

I too would like to know whether or not covers are allowed.

I do have an original song I could do, but having covers available would totally broaden my options.

Anyway I really want Mew to win this. She could use some time in the spotlight :L

I don't think covers are allowed. ~~And you need 3000 views on NND to qualify I think~~. Although I'm really unsure about that last comment, because I'm only using the translation tool of Google and it doesn't really help. Maybe we should invite someone who can read Japanese~

I remember reading about this in December... Weren't they also offering private library's (Akikoroid, Ueki-loid, ect) as to another group of winners or something?

Well, I think it's the company's decision or not to want to participate in this competition.
If the contest started in November, than company's like VocaTone and Voctro Labs were still hidden/ Vocaloid-less.

I do think these are mainly targeted at the ones that were just recently released around the time V3 was released.
