"First day..." She said to herself quietly. Autumn slipped on her dressing gown and headed downstairs to the kitchen. Her Mother and Father had already gone to work, she was home alone, but she had to be ready, no messing around! Autumn made herself a quick breakfast of...well toast, and then, with toast in mouth headed upstairs to get dressed.
"It's a non-uniform high school, that must have saved Mother some money!" She said opening her wardrobe. She pulled out a pink shirt with a white rabbit in the middle, along with a Jumper with the same pattern, except black with a pink rabbit. It symbolized her favourite band "Fuwa Fuwa" which translates to "Fluffy Fluffy". Along with the shirt and jumper she pulled out some jeans and some sandles. It was Summer after all!
"Right, I did my bag last night, I'm dressed now, I've eaten, what am I missing?" She pondered to herself standing in her hall. "Oh crap!" She scurried up stairs, nearly tripping over the bottom step. She ran into her bedroom and turned to her left. What faced her was her most prized item in the world, her bass guitar. "Ohh~" She put the guitar in her case and slung it on her back. Autumn made her way back downstairs grabbing her bag on the way out.
"A new school!"

He soon heard his mother coming up the stairs to see if he was awake. She never called out to him, to check if he was awake. Well it wasn’t like he would answer, or could answer , being mute stopped him from saying anything at all ever. His mother opened the door and saw he was sitting, in his night clothes, a basic two part pajama set, and called out to him, bringing him back from his thoughts. He looked at her and smiled, the sign he was fine. He could have signed to her; because he couldn’t speak he had been taught sign language to communicate with others, though few actually knew sign language, so he still couldn’t really communicate with people effectively.
Hisoka now started to change, here was the choice he truly had to make, it would determine his school life that questions was what cloths to wear, guys or girls. He had quite a lot of both genders clothes, his parents were, opened minded ,but understandably curious when he got girls cloths, but eventually they had gotten used to it and now thought of it as part of normal life, normally commenting on which kind of he was wearing that day. He knew if he choose male clothing people would ask why a girl was wearing guy clothes, and he would explain, if they let him have the time he needed to write it down on something, if he choose girls clothes he might have to hide being a guy otherwise people might pick on him again.
It took him time but he decided he would take his chances; he would dress as a girl. He picked out a pair of read short, and a black shirt, that was cut off to show his shoulders, but had two straps sewn into it to keep them up (X). He did like this particular match of clothing over many others. Once he finished changing he looked to the time, he might be late at this rate, he would just have to eat on the run. He grabbed his stuff, and started running down the stairs.
Hisokas mother, was waiting for him at the door, with one of those an energy bar and some toast, she had known he would never make it out in time.
“ Going in girls clothes today?” She asked
Hisoka nodded, and grabbed the bar and toast, as he headed out the door. Hopefully he could make at least one friend, perhaps joining a club would help, but first he had to try to make it though the first day.

The walk to school was surprisingly serene and tranquil, not much cars have gone out and not much was happening on the streets. As much as she just wanted to stop then and there to admire the day's sweetness, Kiku knew all to well that being late on your first day of school was humiliating, hence, she began to walk aimlessly until she reached the school. No sooner, she pass the gates without any mere hesitation whatsoever. Upon entering the halls, she silently mumbled to herself, "Hopefully, I won't do something careless again today".

It wasn't long before Autumn made it to Sakura High, but she was still early. A few weeks before class started she attended the school tour to know where everything was, so she knew exactly where the music room was to leave her bass. She headed inside passing a few upper classmen as she arrived at the music room.
Before she could even call out to see if anyone was there she was in awe at the room. It was huge! Bigger then anything she had ever seen before! There were 4 windows along the back letting the sun come in and brighten up the place, at the front there was what seemed to be a small stage with deep red curtains covering it for now, with a lone chair sat in front of center stage. Autumn hadn't moved from the doorway yet, she was still stood there just being amazed at everything inside. She took a step inside and saw more. There seemed to be a table and a few chairs in the upper left corner of the room, opposite a storage cupboard in the upper right corner of the room. Apart from that there a few plug sockets for amplifiers and microphones.
"Guess I should put you away." Autumn said to herself looking down at her bass guitar. She did this often, not once expecting a reply, but it gave her a sense of security.

"Y-you spoke!?" She exclaimed, her eyes wide open, it was then she felt someone behind her. 'Could it be a teacher? Or a...no...it must be a student' She turned round and saw a young boy behind her, putting two and two together she realized that the boy was called Masa. She gave a weak smile towards the boy, after all: about 10 seconds ago she though her guitar was talking to her. "O-Oh! H-hey, I'm Autumn! Nice to meet you, please ignore what I said before!" she raised her hand to her head and scratched it while giving a shy look to the floor, 'Like a guitar would talk, nice one Autumn!'

Sighing lightly, she got up and started to pack her instrument away. School, how fun! Note the sarcasm. The fact that this school was so unfamiliar to her didn't help matters either. Walking into the kitchen she ate the toast that had been placed on the table before looking at the time. She still had pleanty of time to get to school so she wouldn't have to rush. Waving goodbye she picked up her precious cello and started the short journy to school. Her family lived close by, so it would only take 10 minutes max to reach there. Would she make any friends? Her parents are alot more relaxed on her cello practice now that she's older but she still has no friends, none that go to this school anyway. "Maybe I could join a club?" She asked herself, ignoring the weird looks people sent her. "Hopefully this school had a music club, maybe I could make friends with fellow music lovers." Smiling absentmindedly she turned a corner and was face to face with the school. "Well, that wasn't too far."
Getting lost in the school was easy since she'd daydreamed through the tour a few weeks back. Looking around for somesort of sign, she saw a teacher pinning something to the classroom doors. Well, I could ask him for directions. Getting closer she managed to see just what he was putting up. "A music club?"

Hisoka quickly found himself before the school, though quickly was relative his last school was a 30 minute walk this was only a 15 minute walk. He had thought of coming to this school fist, but he last one was slightly better, but only by a small amount, really it was most likely just the uniforms that made it seem better, all schools were most likely the same just graded by how much money they could get you to spend. Still he would have to live with a so called lesser school, though he expected he would find it equally dull, and equally hard to get along with people.
As Hisoka wandered though the halls, to get acquainted with the lay out of the school, he did still have some time to kill, and he needed to find his class anyway, he noticed that many of the doors had a sign up sheet on them. It struck Hisoka as odd that someone had put all of these up, on every door, when most clubs recruited on the boards for flyers and posters that seemed to hang here and there. He had to wonder who would have done something as well wasteful and confusing as this, he assumed it was whoever the president of the club was, most likely over eager to get new recruits, so using a silly method to make sure they the club was talked about. Still a music club didn’t sound to bad, it would be a good way for him to make a few friends, maybe and there might be less talking, clubs always seemed to talk a lot, and Hisoka who had to write or sign everything he wanted to say, didn’t exactly like things based on talking. He might sign up, he took a flyer from a door just in case, hopefully just writing his name on it and handing it to whoever was in charge would do, for saying I want in. He soon started walking again, not exactly sure where he was going, but hoping it was his class, or maybe a music room, he would like to see what kind of rooms this school had.

"I play bass guitar, and I take singing lessons outside of class, I'd say I'm pretty good!" She explained, trying not to sound too modest. She looked Masa up and down, she could tell he played something.
"You...you play an instrument, right?" she asked, thinking about the posibilities. The first person she meets also plays an instrument, if things carried on this way, she might actually make some decent friends!
