if i made an UTAU with the image of a custom pokemon or other trademark species would i get in trouble?

EDIT: heres the list. its gonna be a micro no matter what though

no o.o hmm... what if it was totally custom and i dont put it up for download as well as crediting whoever made the original species? i mean, music is still considered art, correct? and people draw custom characters all the time so i dont see why i cant make a character

even if i made a CD with all original fantastic music (which wont be happening any time soon :P) i wouldnt put a price on it. like my drawings i just do it for fun. people have offered me money before to draw for them but i feel thats silly :/ its half an hour of work for a half decent pic which i dont feel is worth $50

There is an UTAU based on a Pokemon: "Shandera Jack," but his design is a gijinka... so I'm not sure where the line would be drawn.

I think a kangaroo would look cool. Never heard of a singing kangaroo. About the copyright thing, I think you'll be fine. Worse comes to worse, they'll ask you to change the design. That's it.
