This lyric is probably the first, but hopefully not the last, "shot" in an attempt to promote and explain what thye Western Vocaloid fandom is like.
It is written from a Luka point of view (as Luka is bilingual). It can also be produced with Oliver, with the pretense that Oliver fandubs it (his character is a fandubber). It is made for a series of art that would work as a PV, with Engloid characters in it. In square brackets I give the names of Engloid characters. Don't know how to represent "the P" (unless someone could get permission for the "official" image of Garuna/Owata-P which is really really cute).
This is the song that the P wrote.
And I am Luka, the Vocaloid
Who sang the song that the P wrote.
This is the girl with a fake tan, [Sonika]
a Nico acccount and twenty friends.
She wants to show them, so she reuploads
To YouTube Luka's song that the P wrote.
This is the student who learns Japanese. [Big Al]
After ten kanji he wants to sneeze. [Art can have him stuffing kanji in forehead stitches]
He translates for the girl with a fake tan,
a Nico acccount and twenty friends,
Who wants to show them, and so reuploads
To YouTube Luka's song that the P wrote.
This is a lady with phones made of rubber - [Sweet Ann]
A programmer, editor, artist, and subber.
She draws in the text and uploads like a wiz
The song, now translated from Japanese
By the student who runs away to sneeze
After helping the girl with a fake tan,
a Nico acccount and twenty friends,
Who wants to show them, and so reuploads
To YouTube Luka's song that the P wrote.
This is a wannabe poet with a beard [Tonio?]
That makes some new verse, funny and wierd,
From the prose by the lady with phones made of rubber -
A programmer, editor, artist, and subber.
Who drew in the text and put up like a wiz
The song, now translated from Japanese
By the student who ran away to sneeze
After helping the girl with a fake tan,
a Nico acccount and twenty friends,
Who wants to show them, and so reuploads
To YouTube Luka's song that the P wrote.
And this is is the rising YouTube star, [Oliver]
A boy who can sing (or pretends to, so far)
Who fandubs the song that he can understand
And with that same PV he uploads it again.
Now the song is the verse by the guy with a beard,
Who made it exceedingly funny and wierd
From the prose by the lady with phones made of rubber -
A programmer, editor, artist, and subber.
Who drew in the text and put up like a wiz
The song, now translated from Japanese
By the student who ran away to sneeze
After helping the girl with a fake tan,
a Nico acccount and twenty friends,
Who wants to show them, and so reuploads
To YouTube Luka's song that the P wrote.
Now those chain-links of fun are all just fine with me,
But did anyone bother with asking the P?!
