Yup, We'll be playing the states personified. The plot is Alaska and Hawaii becoming states, and them meeting their siblings. Appearance can be done with pictures or a detailed paragraph of at least 4 to 5 sentences. Rules are fairly basic, and this being a Hetalia RP there aren't that many. The main thing is to spoiler anything too violent (especially since I'm doing this from school), and to not do any obvious godmodding. You can play however many characters you think you can handle. Personality: Quiet and introverted, Will prefers nature or technology to human company. Not only is she mute, but when she does write her vocabulary is such that most don't understand it anyway. She also loves heavy metal music, which tends to scare away her more fearful and judgemental silings. But she is very friendly to those who aren't scared away, protecting them and making sure they have a shoulder to cry on when they need it. She's well known for her excellent coffee, and her history as a prospector.
Appearance: Will is average height with long arms and fingers and big feet. Her skin is slightly tanned because of all the time she spends outside, her short brown hair slightly wavy and her usually shade-covered eyes frosty blue. She often wears this shirt, a flannel jacket, and denim highwater pants. She is never without her computer and it's solar charger, or if she's preparing for a heavy metal performance her guitar. She also has a gold tooth from her time prospecting.

Real-life References: Microsoft and Starbucks were founded in Washington. Not to mention the National parks, and the fact that Washington is known as the heavy metal capital of the US. Prospecting was also a large part of Washington's history.

Human Name: Ronald Kirkland

Actual Age: 230-something
Personality: Ronald is very hyper and playful, though because most of his money comes from the fishing industry he spends a lot of his time around sailors, thus his foul mouth. He still likes England even though the Revolution did happen, and can sometimes be seen 'bothering' Arthur. Arthur just doesn't openly admit he still likes Ronald sometimes. And besides Arthur, Ronald sometimes feels ignored. Thus his more troublesome behaviors.
Appearance: Ronald is fairly short even for a boy who looks 12, with dusty blonde hair and olive green eyes. he's always wearing his sailor's outfit. He tends to get dirty fairly often, and always seems to attract the worst luck and never get noticed.

Dislikes: Being ignored, Bathing, being told not to use foul language.
Real-life References: The shipmaking and fishing industries. Also, Rhode Island was the last of the 13 states to ratify the Constitution. And he is often forgotten because of how small Rhode Island is geographically.

Human Name: Frankie F. Jones
Apparent Age: 18
Actual Age: 160-something
Personality: Frankie is very happy-go-lucky, cheerful, and energetic. She is very much a thrillseeker, and likes to be excited. In a fight though she is very much the shoot first, talk later sort. And she is well known for her reckless driving. People often visit for her wonderful orangeade though. And she is fully fluent in Spanish, still visiting Spain whenever she has the time.
Appearance: Frankie is tall and lanky, fair-skinned with many freckles, and has long striaght dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She wears whatever she has avalible at the time, being the sort not to care as much about appearance unless it is a special event. Though she is careful her clothes won't catch on stuff out in the wild. Frankie also has several burn scars from the attempts to remove the natives. She doesn't bother to hide them anymore, since so many of her siblings know.

Dislikes: long lines, traffic jams, people mistreating her wildlife or native americans
Real-life References: The citrus and tourism industry. Also, she was originally Spanish territory, and the indian removal act. NASA has a base in Florida, and there are a lot of local jazz and blue musicians.

Human Name: Caroline Harris
Apparent Age: 19
Actual Age: 160-something
Personality: 'Caz' as called by friends, is an outgoing girl with a fashion sense far beyond her age. She has a bubbly attitude, and outlook on life and is easily loved as a friend. Shown to be stubborn on occasions, she likes to get her way, if she doesn't she'll throw a tantrum. Apart from the odd tantrums, Caroline is a happy-go-lucky 'gal and attempts to make friends with almost anyone. She has also been told she is a good 'shoulder to cry on' as she comforts people who are feeling down.
Appearance: Caroline
History: As a young girl, Caroline was brought up by her mother, her father leaving Caroline while she was still young, leaving her without a father figure. Due to this fact, she became a girly girl, loving anything pink and pretty as well as anything that was Fashionable. At a later age, after finishing high school, she decided to go to a Fashion college, where she was attending until a few months ago. (If this is to brief, just say and I can expand it, I was just running out of ideas, and not wanting to repeat myself)
Likes: Kittens, Fashion, Current Time Music (Meaning she's highly mainstream), Traveling by Plane, Anything that's pink or flowery & Fireworks.
Dislikes: Running or any sport for that matter, people being mean to her, sarcasm, Washington (Had to after reading Washington's character profile~)

Apparent Age: 20 or so, but she dresses a bit like a 25 year old, her silver hair doesn't help...

Actual Age:135

Personality: She's a bit severe and serious. She does in fact have a more relaxed part of her personality as well, just in her free time. She tends to be a bit harsh on others whom she perceives as being childish or shallow, but tries not to make things personal. She loves her 'people' and love the nature in her state. She's also a bit prideful about herself at times too...She tends to be a bit introverted as well, enjoying camping of hiking by herself more than going to parties.

Appearance: She has tanned skin, silvery hair and dark purple eyes.

History: To be added later when I come up with something that would fit the RP better than what I usually put down OTL;;

Likes: the outdoors, camping, hiking, Mexican food, animals of all kinds, her people, education, her history, puzzles, crime solving, art, ghost stories, skiing/snowboarding

Dislikes: Forest fires, Californian transplants, idiots, the ocean, being looked down upon...California [Basically, Coloradans either love or hate Californian transplants, most, to my knowledge, do no like them, myself included. We tend to think of them as stripping away our own natural atmosphere and just spreading theirs' around =w=;; A few episodes of South Park could be used as proof of this, lol], and humidity

Real-life References: Colorado has many military bases and even has NORAD as well as the Airforce Academy, on the other hand the state also features many historical stuff especially those that are related to the Native Americans who lived there. Then there's the sheer amount of mountains, including The Great Continental Divide and the Rockies. A very popular mountain would be Pike's Peak, and people all over come to go to the top of it. She is also known for her skiing industry, good health rates, and the TV show 'South Park'. Colorado is also the 8th largest state in the US.
