I have purchased Macne Nana regular, Macne Nana Petite, and Macne (Nana) Sasayaki. I downloaded the voices but when I open the ZIP file, it says it's invalid, but I have winrar/winzip. Please help..?

If you purchased them, you should have gotten an email with a serial code. Have you been asked to enter a serial code anywhere in unzipping the file?
