all the ones i find have things missing so i was wondering does anyone have one that they used to record their utau that had almost everything in it if so could you give it to me.

You could use omegaflash4's Ultimate UTAU Reclist. It has all the necessary Japanese sounds, as well as plenty of extra sounds if you wanted some limited multilingual capabilities. All in romaji of course~
