The wierd fuzzy sound is clipping/peaking. If you were working in Audacity at all and you noticed the red sections in the vocal track, that's clipping. Its bad and you want to avoid it at all costs. And just because each individual track may not have clipping doesn't mean the whole thing won't. In Audacity, to make sure the whole thing doesn't have clipping overall, play the track and watch the output monitor at the top (the 2 bars at the top with the little speaker icon next to them.) If at any point the turn red and there's a small red line on the right of one or both of the bars, then the exported audio will be clipped, even though you don't hear it in the playback.
Also, the timing is horribly off in the middle and at the end. Tei ends up being almost a whole beat off of the music. If you did the vocals in parts (i.e, first verse, first chorus, second verse etc. all separate) then make sure you have the timing right in all the sections. If you worked with her vocals as a whole, then your UST has a tempo problem, because its fine at the beginning but off at the end. But then again, that wouldn't be your fault since its not your UST.
And as for the tuning, well, like i said, its not your UST, so there's really nothing to say about it unless you edited it in some way, which I doubt. Nothing against you, but 99% of the time when someone uses someone else UST or VSQ, they just plug & chug
Also, UTAU covers belong in the UTAU Tribune. The Tribune inside the Campus is for VOCALOID works only. I'll ask a mod to move it for you.
