What are the recommended system requirements for Vocaloid 3?

Hello there! It's Riddler. We have the minimum system requiements on the wiki, but what are the recommended requirements? Any and all, like Computer Processing Unit, Sound Card, Random Access Memory, Hard Drive requirements, and any others that are needed. Thank you for taking the time to look at this question! (And also, are all Vocaloid 3 voicebanks only for Windows 7?)
