"Gakupo is going." Kaito answered. "Someone else might be, too, but I'm not sure if he's accepted or not..." He felt the buzz in his pocket. "Ah, one moment..." As he read the text, he couldn't help the breath of relief and the smile from crossing his lips. He's fine with going. Should I tell him Len is coming too?

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo sighed in relief. Good, so both the guys could make it. It would have been bad if only one could come, and it would have been a shame, since they seemed perfect for each other. He quickly sent a text to Kaito, worried that Rin might come out and ruin the plans. Sure. Dell would want to come if he knew Len would be there. What time did you tell him to come?

[Tsuno]

Kaito bit his lip. He'd forgotten to tell him what time... oh well. Seven. Putting his phone back in his pocket, he looked back up at Dell. "Len's coming too." Kaito confirmed. How would the night play out? Hopefully-- no, it most likely will work out.

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo put his phone back in the pocket and went back to the table. "Seven, if that's fine." He turned his head back and saw Rin come out of the bathroom. Realizing there wouldn't be much time to say anything else, the samurai leaned in and whispered, "Now, this is just us guys tonight, kay? Think Rin will be okay on her own?" Or maybe Meiko could hang out with her; Rin and her brother admired the older vocaloids. "I'll see you back at seven?" he asked loudly so Rin could hear. He gotup and smiled at the girl, then headed back to his table. All good, he texted Kaito. Now to see if things worked with Dell.

"Then I'll be there," Dell said quickly in response to Len's attendence. He mentally kicked himself for sounding so excited over that. He didn't want to be seen as a freak for liking Len in a certain way. "Er, yeah, since I'm free this evening," he stammered, trying to cover up his embarrassment and taking another drag on the cigarette. "I'd better be going. See you." Dell started walking home at a fast pace. If he wanted to set a good impression on Len, he'd have to look good.

[Tsuno]

Kaito chuckled to himself. Phew, that went better than expected... he pushed open the door to the cafe. Spotting Gakupo back at the table, he made his way over there. "I think tonight is going to be pretty successful." he chimed, sitting down in front of him. Remembering Len was still in the cafe, he kept his voice down, even if he was on the other side. "When I mentioned his name, he made his goodbye quick and sped away from here."

Gakupo grinned. "He did, huh? Yeah, tonight's gonna be wonderful." He rested his head on his hand, thinking about how they could fix the two up during the evening. There were issues with it, though, like if the two would hit it off...or if Len would be open to Dell. They would be nice for each other; it all depended on ifthey realized it, too. "So," he asked, trying to change the subject. "How have you been recently?"

[Tsuno]

Kaito shrugged. "Good, I suppose." he replied, smiling at him. "I haven't really been too different." Looking out the window, he rest his palm under his chin. "I'm in an especially good mood today, though, for obvious reasons." Grinning, he locked eye contact with him. "What about you?"

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo smiled back at Kaito, looking into his friend's eyes. They were the exact same blue as his hair-blue like a calm sea, which reflected his laidback personality. Gakupo pondered on this, almost not hearing Kaito's question. "Hmm? Oh...things are good. I'm still dating Meiko at the moment, and it's going well." He frowned slightly, still unable to shake the meaning of color. "You know, that color is perfect for you." He paused, wondering whether he should continue, but went on anyway. "It's just like you-calm and relaxed." Gakupo smiled again; Kaito's relaxation was one of the things the samurai loved about his friend.

[Tsuno]

"Hm?" Kaito looked down at his shirt. No... not his clothes... oh. Blue. Almost without thinking, a hand went up to twirl strands of hair between his fingers. He looked back up at Gakupo and gave him a warm smile. "Thanks." he took another, good look at the man across from him. "Purple suits you as well. It's a very noble color." The smile on his face turned into a grin. "I don't think there could be any other color that would fit you as well as purple does."

[color="#800080"]Gakupo was taken aback slightly by Kaito's compliment, then smiled warmly. "Thanks. For saying that, I mean." He looked up at the clock hanging over the door. "It's two hours until the date," he said, turning back to Kaito with a grin. "Want to eat when we come back? We can hang out over at my place until seven." He motioned a waitress over in order to get the check. "I'll pay for your root-beer float," he said jokingly. "That way, you can pay for my meal tonight."

[Tsuno]

Kaito rolled his eyes and laughed. "It's a deal." he tapped his fingernails on the table idly. "I don't mind eating here later." his eyes wandered around the cafe's interior. He hoped that tonight would end successfully. Standing up and waiting for Gakupo, he bit his lip with a smile. This day was already going well, in more ways than one, so it would be unfortunate if something the opposite were to occur.

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo paid at the counter, then waved goodbye to the Kagamines, who were still there. Tonight was going to be wonderful; Dell and Len were going to really be happy together. Thank God Kaito had helped him out with this, or the two wouldn't have much of a chance. He headed back to Kaito. "Let's go," he said, smiling again. He headed to the door and held it open for his friend. "What are you thinking of?" he asked, noticing the unusually happy look on Kaito's face.

Gakupo's question knocked Kaito out of his thoughts. Nodding his thanks, he walked out of the cafe. "Oh, nothing, really." he began. "I was just thinking about how great this day has been." A bigger smile crossed his lips. "I don't get to see you as much lately, so that's nice. Plus, our plan is going smoothly."

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo nodded in understanding. Of course, Kaito was usually happy, today just made him happier. "Yes, it's nice to see you, too." They made it to a crosswalk before he added, "I'm also glad it's going well. The plan, I mean. If we hadn't intervened, im agine how sour Dell would be. Ah, here we are." They had made it to Gakupo's apartment building. "I'm on the fourth floor," he added, then remembered that Kaito had beem here before. He probably even knew the way here by heart.

[Tsuno]

Kaito nodded. "I know it's been a while, Gakupo, but it hasn't been that long." he laughed to show he was just teasing. But, it was true. He's been here quite frequently. It even got to a point where he had to stop asking for directions.. "Then, in that case, I'm really glad we interfered. Plus, it's good for the both of us, too." After a short pause, he added, "So we don't have to hear him overly express his unhappiness. They're perfect for each other, and if we didn't, it would have been a missed opportunity."
