[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo nodded and laughed as he opened the door. "Yeah, I'm glad we helped those teo out. It's always good to have someone important in your life." He walked to his couch before realizing he had put his foot in his mouth. He sat down, quickly trying to make Kaito feel less uncomfortable. "So, have you met anyone yet?" He sgrinned. "I might have to set you up next."

[Tsuno]

A rush of heat warmed Kaito's face. He sat down on a chair neighboring the couch. "Oh, uh," he twiddled his thumbs as he tried to piece together an answer. It started with a laugh. "No, I can't say I have." A hand wiped his face as if that would get rid of the redness. "I mean, sure I have, but I wouldn't have a chance with them."

Gakupo chuckled, so Kaito did have someone. He had been certain it was Miku,but that had boiled over pretty quickly. He set his arm on the armchair and rested his chin on his hand a few inches from Kaito and smiled playfully. "So," he asked, in an attempt to make his friend uncomfortable, "may I ask who this special someone is?"

[Tsuno]

Kaito laughed, this time nervously. Gakupo's attempt was obviously successful. "You really want to know?" he asked. "I'm almost certain it won't work out between me and h- them. I'm sure." He'd caught himself before he could ramble any further. Whenever he was flustered, he would usually ramble. If he kept this up, he'd probably unintentionally reveal the subject of his affections. So, he tried to slow down. "You don't have to worry about something silly like that."

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo smiled, though a bit more comforting. "I'm sure whoever you liked would like you back." He tilted his head and unintentionally moved a little closer. "You're funny, kind, gentle...who wouldn't want to be with you? If you tell me, I could help you get together."

[Tsuno]

Kaito deliberated. Well... it would be a risky move, but it was a move he'd risk taking. "Well... alright." he took a deep breath and stood up. "He's about yay tall," he posed his hand a few inches above his head. He decided to use pronouns now. Gakupo would find out soon anyway. As he sat back down, he continued, "he's sweet, charming, would do anything for other people, his hair matches his eyes..." he paused, knowing the next clue would probably be the giveaway. "...and the color of those two is a rather noble color, and I can't imagine any other color that would fit him better." After that speech, his confidence ebbed away, causing him to sheepishly shrink back into his seat.

Gakupo sat in silence, too stunned to speak. Kaito liked him? It was true they were close friends, but to be lovers...it seemed like they were, they were so close, they were either lovers or brothers. But Gakupo needed to know which was their true relationship. Without even a second thought to anything, he did the same thing he did to Meiko when they went on their first date. He leaned over and quickly kissed Kaito. Back when he had kissed Meiko, he learned she was a woman he wanted to be with. Would Kaito's kiss feel the same?

[Tsuno]

Kaito froze. Out of all of the reactions he was expecting, this was not one of them. But, he didn't mind it... not much at all, really. He relaxed, responding hesitantly so he wasn't just sitting there. When Miku and him had their four-day relationship, they had kissed, but it was nothing big or even interesting. This, though, felt a lot different.

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo held the kiss for a few more seconds, then pulled back. "Wow," he somehow managed to mutter. He had gotten the same reaction from this kiss as he had with Meiko's. The fact that it was a close friend didn't bother him at all. He sat back on the couch, and repeated, "Wow." Now he had to find out what to do.

[Tsuno]

Kaito leaned back into his seat. For a few moments, his mind was completely broken and he could hardly comprehend what was going on. "Y-yeah..." he muttered. All he could focus on was the butterflies eating at his stomach. As he was trying to describe himself as really surprised or giddy, a thought different from all the rest popped into his mind. "...I'm sorry." he said to Gakupo. "Because you and Meiko... I've probably just made a huge dilemma."

[Princess Daisy]

Gakupo looked over at his friend, who must have been going through hell at the moment. "No," he said, trying to reassure him. "There's no problem." But he lied, it was a huge problem. The three of them-Kaito, Meiko, and himself- had always been close. But if they all loved each other, Gakupo would have to choose. With Meiko, Kaito would be heartbroken, and with Kaito, it'd be Meiko that was hurt. How could he fix it so that neither was in pain? Scratching his head, Gakupo got up. It would be best to think on it later; usually he had problems solve themselves. "We should get going," he told(his friend? Lover?) Kaito. A forced smile spread on his face. "Dell and Len must be waiting."

[Tsuno]

Kaito got up after him. "Probably. We wouldn't want to be late for that, now would we?" he mirrored Gakupo's forced smile. After that situation, there were many questions eating at his mind. What was their relationship now? Who would be chosen over the other, Meiko or him? It wasn't ideal to think about that now. It might worry him too much. Right now, they had to focus on Len and Dell.

Gakupo headed to the door, but hesitated to open it. As hard as he tried, he just couldn't shake the current problem away. For Kaito, though, he needed to at least trt to be strong. He opened the door and headed out, still somewhat perplexed.

[Tsuno]

Kaito watched Gakupo as he walked out. He knew he should let the subject drop, at least until after they've left the cafe for the second time. At the cafe, one couple will most likely walk out together, but what about the other? Shaking his head, he hurried his pace to catch up. He rattled his brain to come up with a different subject so they don't have to walk there in complete silence, but he couldn't find anything different to focus on.

[Princess Daisy]

Dell was already at the cafe, waiting for the two. "I came a bit early," he said in a somewhat forced scowl. "I had nothing else to do." That was a total lie; there was plenty of work he could've done. Don't kid yourself, his mind taunted. You know you just wanted to see Len. Getting a bit embarrassed, he pulled some giy over. "This is my buddy Yuuma," he said. "He had nothing to do, so I dragged him along. You don't mind, right?"
