Vocaloid Store took my money. And they didn't give me a Vocaloid...

I paid Vocaloid Store using PayPal to buy the Vocaloid3 editor and VY1V3 on March 29.
PayPal said that the transfer went through (it's listed as "Completed"), and 19,600 yen was deducted from my bank account.
I got the order confirmation from Vocaloid Store and the confirmation email from PayPal, but not the download link.
I am aware that PayPal purchases at Vocaloid Store often are delayed a few days due to international transfers so I was patient.

But it's April 4. I've sent two inquiries, and no response. I'm sending my third one today.
Vocaloid Store still reads my order as "New [Unpaid]".
So right now, I'm less $240 and they haven't given me the thing I've paid $240 for, and they're not even responding to my requests.

Is it normal for this to take five days or more? What should I do?

The store took forever to take money out of my account for buying the V3 editor. I think it was about a month. My bank listed it for a day or two and then it just disappeared one day. Glad I still have it noted when they did take the money out finally. I paid with a credit/debit card. You might have that same problem. On top of that you paid with paypal. Sometimes stuff bought with paypal won't clear for a while on the merchant side. You have to wait till you get a reply from the store.

The money's out of my account - that's why I'm so upset, because they took the money and ran off.
As for the PayPal issue, I know it generally takes a while to clear, but I'm not sure if five days is normal.

Call your bank and cancel the transaction if you're that concerned. I recently payed with PayPal and everything went through instantly without any problems. I was able to download Mew right after I purchase her.
