Since I am currently sick with a cold I decided to make a thread on illnesses. So have any of you caught something recently? or currently have something? Or does anyone have a story from when they were sick? Right now I feel like crap I'm thinking of having some chicken soup.

I think I just got food poisoning at an all you can eat chinese buffet since I threw up twice in there. Word of advice: DO NOT eat at a chinese resturant that serves donuts since they probably recycle the oil used in the donuts to make the other food. BLEH.

Ah yes food poisoning, I once got a case of food poisoning from KFC. I felt like I was going to die.

I tend to get sick rather easily. Heck, I got a little sick last night because I ate too much. Beforehand, I felt so hungry that I could eat everything, but I need to learn that a small portion is enough to satisfy that. I don't need to pile it on lol
I also got some motion sickness from playing on the 3DS in the car. Those two things don't mix...

I rarely get sick, but I easily get tired.
I've never had a serious illness, and my family doesn't have any genetic diseases/disorders.
Even if I'm somewhat young I get more tired than other people my age.
I guess it's because I don't do sports...? Most of the kids I know do some kind of sports.

My immune system is pretty good I guess. I'm healthy despite being overweight and never exercising w/ a terrible diet... pretty much the worst thing I've had is the stomach flu back in gr. 6 and I only get colds a few times a year.
The only thing I really hate when I'm sick is when my lips get super chapped and cracked. I'm a chapstick fiend and perpetual dried lips drive me crazy.

I had a cold not along ago and it was just awful. I sniffled all day long; it was easier to breathe when I tipped my head upward slightly, but unfortunately I couldn't do that when I was taking tests at school :\ And my throat constantly felt like there was gunk in it -_-;; Sometimes I think I should miss school (especially since I'd probably end up spreading the sickness to other people) but it's always a huge pain to make up work I've missed at my school.

Whoa, nice timing thread.
I am currently sick, I have been feeling nauseous all day, but have only thrown up once. It isn't too bad under normal circumstances, but I am taking my GCSEs...

So have any of you caught something recently?
My eyes have gotten extremely red due to my slight allergy towards cats, my cat has never gotten them this bad before.
Or currently have something?
Read above.
Or does anyone have a story from when they were sick?
I usually get *really* sick once a year and end up going to the hospital for a week with something different every year, luckily last year I managed not to get that sick but I have suffered multiple times with stomach and indigestion problems instead (which honestly I would have rather been in the hospital because getting sick so often isn't fun).

When I get sick, I cant drink water for some reason. It has to do without having flavor, and it hurts my throat
Also, I dont naturally cough. I have to think "cough you fuck", so I often throw up.
And Iv'e gotten pneumonia like.... four times in the span of 6 years. Utter torture.
