It was a late night in the dark city. A streetlight dimly illuminated a small alleyway. However, whatever little light there was couldn't reveal a shabby door at the end of the alley. Inside, there was a negotiation taking place. A young man sat at a round table, holding a drink of what reeked of alcohol. He rest his elbow on the flat surface and spoke, "So... repeat to me again, what exactly do you want?" Ted asked, smiling smugly to himself.

Meanwhile, in this same city, a blue haired man ran down the sidewalk, searching for a certain building in particular; a deserted one, one that most people don't go near anymore. Up ahead, he saw just what he was looking for. Feeling a sudden burst of adrenaline, Kaito rushed towards it, walking to the back just as he said he would. He leaned against the wall and caught his breath, staring up at the sky. He was meeting someone in secret, and it seemed that he was first to the rendezvous. Although he wasn't extremely paranoid, he was still a bit wary of his surroundings. Kaito looked around the corner, watching the street for a few moments, then ducked back behind the building and waited.

At the opposite end of the table, another man sat, looking nervously at his hands. "I want...need...a loan," Rook managed to let out. It was shameful to even ask for, money from one of the underground families, but it was absolutely necessary-especially at this stage. "My sister, Ruko-she's dying." Why the hell was he explaining this? It's not like Ted even cared..."There are certain medical operations that will save her but they arem't cheap." He let out his price in one large breath. "I...I need 25,000."

Gakupo rushed into the alleyway, knowing the dark passage like the back of his hand. Being a master assassin for the Sukone family for a few years made the need to know every street, every corner, every hidden path a must. It proved even more useful for meetings than deaths...especially the meetings he had in mind. Finally, after a few minutes, the building they had agreed to meet at was in plain sight-as well as a certain blue-headed male. Gakupo came up to him, slipping an arm around his waist and a gun to his head. "Long time no see," he whispered into the other's ear.

Yeah, I really hate cannon ships. Not only they shoot cannonballs for heavy damage to buildings and infantries, they're also usually naval units, which means they can only be attacked by other naval units. And boy do they destroy other ships easily. Flying units are safe from safe from them, but flying units suck at destroying mechanical units. Cannonships are way too OP, nerfs needed.

Ted examined the man across from him and set his drink down. "That's one heavy price you're asking for there." he told him, leaning back in his chair. "It'd be awfully generous of me, and I'm not known to be a generous man." After pushing up his glasses, he locked his fingers together and drew out a silence to pretend like he was considering. There was already something up his sleeve. "I'll tell you what." he began. "I'll give you the money; however, you need to pay me back with your body." The smug smirk was back again. "With every time we do it, a thousand is taken off your debt. Do we have a deal?"

Kaito jumped slightly, taken aback by the sudden arrival. The feeling of cold metal and hot breath on his skin made him shiver. "Sure has been." he replied. Knowing Gakupo, he should have known he would jump out of nowhere. Then again, it must have been the paranoia that caught him off guard. "You seem friendly tonight." Kaito murmured, glancing up at him.

Rook started in protest as the bargain was set. Twenty five times with Ted? He couldn't possibly say yes to something as shameful and degrading as that, could he? But it was the only way to save her. Ruko...his older sister, the one who had taken care of him, the only thing in the world he treasured. If it was the only way, his pride and integrity had no value. "Fine..." he said resigningly. "When is my first...payment due?"

Gakupo smiled triumphantly, then dropped the gun, using his hand to wrap around Kaito and hold him close. It had been a long time; he had missed the feeling of Kaito's body near his, their breaths moving as one. "Only because I have reason to," he answered Kaito tenderly.

Ted shrugged. "That depends. How fast do you want your sister to be saved?" he asked him. Picking up his glass, he took another sip of his alcohol. "If you want it done as soon as possible, then I'd recommend sometime tonight." He actually did take this silence to contemplate. Handsome he was; smart too, to be coming to him. Surely he was Mary enough not to just take the money and run. But, to take precaution... "I'll give you the full amount after the first time. So it's up to you."

Kaito chuckled lightly, averting eye contact briefly. "Is that so?" he asked, not particularly looking for an answer. It was nice to see him out of his cold demeanor. Unfortunately, times like these were the only times he ever got to see him out of it. "I could get used to this side of you." he splayed his hands across Gakupo's chest, breathing out slowly. It's not like he hasn't seen him like this before. Of course he has, but it's been such a long time, he'd forgotten what it was like.

Now it was Rook's turn for contemplation. The sooner he got the money, the sooner he could keep Ruko safe. And could he run off after, take her away, never see Ted after one night? No that couldn't be a chance. Ted would find him-he was known for being predatory and ruthless. No alternatives...all twenty five meetings had to take place. "T-tonight then," he forced out despite the mute barrier of shame. "Where do we-how...?"

Gakupo smiled sweetly, which he normally was unable to do, except when with Kaito. "I'm glad I can see it, too," he whispered, moving his forehead to Kaito's and leaning in, taking in the other's intoxicating scent. He reflected to not wait so long for a rendezvous; it made him realize how much he truly missed Kaito.

Ted laughed. What an ashamed wreck he was! It was no matter. He'd have to get used to it. He stood up from his chair, pushing his glasses up on his nose. "Follow me." he directed, smirking. How else would they do it? It wasn't hard to figure out. He began walking past the man into another room-- oh, which reminded him... "What's your name?" he asked, pushing open a door.

Kaito made a small noise of approval, wrapping his arms around Gakupo's neck. How nice it was to finally experience this again... "Now that we've found each other again..." he began quietly, looking up at him. "Are we just going to stand here or go somewhere else?" As much as he was enjoying this moment, being in a quiet alley where they could be seen wasn't necessarily preferred.

"Rook...my name is Rook." He could hear the break in his voice-but no. He would not allow himself to cry. If he had to do something this degrading-basically turn into a love slave- then at least he could take solace in not responding like Ted would want. Nevertheless, he turned his eyes down as he stood and followed Ted into the adjoining room.

Gakupo had almost forgotten that they were in public. How stupid-what if they were seen together? There would be no proper explanation-only punishment. And he could never give Kaito up. Ever. "You're right," he murmured. "But allow me one minute to do this." Gakupo moved his head in and kissed the other softly. The mood was too perfect to pass on the opportunity.

Ted raised his eyebrows. "Rook, huh? Nice. Rolls right of the tongue." he loosened the tie around his neck. "Close the door behind you, would you, Rook?" he put teasing, or maybe even taunting emphasis on the name, grinning as he said so. This would be fun. Well, maybe it would be, if the man would loosen up a bit. Sure, it was understandable that he would be upset for being put up to this; but it was something he would just have to get used to.

Kaito closed his eyes ever so softly and took in the moment, kissing back lightly. Oh, how he'd missed this feeling... he'd missed it immensely. "Mmm..." he murmured slightly before pulling away. It couldn't go on for too long; at least, not here. "Well, take me away." he laughed, gazing up at him.

Rook looked longingly out the door, at his means of escape from this nightmare-and closed it off. There was no other way to save Ruko than to go through this. The humiliation of undergoing such an ordeal with a monster who didn't even know his name-it was too much. Rook bit his lip and leaned his head on the door, ising all his strength not to lash out or run.

Gakupo smiled grandly. "With pleasure!" He lifted Kaito up like a bride and opened the door. If they only had some time together, he wouldn't let modesty get in their way. The little building was their hideout-the one place where they could stay together. He had already set dinner up for the two-with some dessert, the kind Kaito liked.

Ted threw his tie aside, it landing on a chair on the other side of the room. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about this little deal." he told him, moving his hands down to unbutton his shirt. "It'll just be our little secret." he stuck his tongue out between his teeth and grinned. Reaching up to untie his hair-- no, on second thought, not yet. Maybe later. He glanced over to Rook and raised an eyebrow. "Well, are you gonna strip, or do I have to do it for you?" he sighed. Maybe he wasn't going to loosen up anytime soon. Ted himself would have to get used to that. Not everyone can be easy to handle. His just happened to be one of those cases.

A grin lit Kaito's face as he was whisked off his feet; forbidden love was such a fairytale concept, it was. It made him feel... rebellious and free somehow. And happy, of course, always. "Have you got anything planned for us tonight?" he asked, genuinely curious. Anything wih Gakupo would be nice. The man just knew how to work. It was almost... a turn on, you could say, to him. He rest his head on Gakupo's chest as he took him to wherever they were going.

Rook moved his head up and looked at Ted, who seemed to be going to town. The as bsolute last thing he wanted was for Ted to come over and take anything off, which seemed ironic, considerinv what they were going to do in a few minutes. But there was a bit of a restriction about himself doing the same-almost sealing the fact that he willingly sold himself. But in his mind, it was the lesser of two evils. Turning to face the other man, Rook slowly removed his jacket, letting it drop on the floor. He then peeled off his shirt and let it go.

Gakupo smiled as he felt Kaito close to him. He had always been a romantic, though his line of duty called for that to remain hidden. It was his luck that he found someone who enjoyed that side of him. "Yes, I have something planned for you," he said, opening the door to their only chance of being together. There waa still no furniture, but he planned on adding some in on the next date-assuming they weren't found out. He set Kaito down and headed into the kitchen, which already had, albeit ill conditioned, appliances.

Ted glanced over and examined what Rook had done. He slowly nodded. "Hm. Good enough for now, I guess." he let his shirt fall to the floor. So his shirt would get wrinkled; that's fine. He'd just have Teto come over later and do his laundry. She'd do anything for a few extra bucks in her pocket. Especially if it meant taking care of her dear older brother. "Go ahead and lay yourself down on the bed over there. Try not to make yourself too comfortable." he smiled at his own comment. He wandered over to the door and turned the lock, hearing a satisfying click. But who'd come? Then again, who knows?

Kaito smiled brightly and rest his palm underneath his chin, watching Gakupo enter the kitchen. "Can't wait to see what you've got cooked up tonight." he laughed slightly. He can't remember what his lover's cooking tasted like; now that he thought about it, did he ever cook for him? It's been so long, he couldn't remember... he was cooking, right?

Rook walked over to the bed quietly, deciding that following Ted's orders were a must. It wasn't really much of a bed, but it was durable...and wirn. As he sat diwn on the edge of it, Rook found himself wondering how many people had gone through this business exchange. He jumped slightly at the click, but all it meant was that this was all official. Swallowing hard, Rook lied back on the bed. He didn't want to watch Ted, so he merely looked up at the ceiling.

Gakupo smiled as he pulled the dinner plan from the pantry. In no way could he ever cook, and people would get suspicious from him buying anything fancy. He wasn't exactly known for high living standards. But, at least dessert would make up fir it. Anyway, he made a shiw of messing around the stove, then pulled out the two bags of fast food. "Packaged-wrapped fir conveniance," he said matter-of-factly, a huge grin giving the joke away.

Ted smiled. He reached up and contemplated taking off his glasses. Well... what did he need them for? He was nearsighted, not the other way around. Everything would be right up close and personal. Besides, wearing glasses during sex wasn't really sexy. He set them on a table and made his way over to the bed. A smug grin painted his lips as he crawled on top of Rook, murmuring his first order: "Kiss me, Rook."

Kaito laughed, fooled and sheepish that he actually believed he was cooking. Now that he thought about it, you'd assume he wouldn't know how to cook, considering his job... "Aww, you got my hopes up." he chimed, sitting up. "I was hoping to see you try to cook." he stuck his tongue out playfully. "What'd you get?"
