Watched this series called Nichijou -a while back and find myself rewatching the all of the episodes again. And laughing even harder than the first time.... I'm a loser..

My list of comedic anime to watch is :
1. Nichijou
2. Azumanga Daioh
3.To Aru Kagaku no Railgun ( Though - it's very action packed too... it has a nice balance. Saten - san's skirt flipping gets annoying and tedious after a while though.)
4. Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou
5. Ichigo Mashimaro
6. Ika Musume

How did you find these? Any other suggestions for some quality comedy anime that I might have missed?

Don't you dare put Gintama - because.... it's just ridiculous... and I'll hate you till the end of time.

Due to my poor sense of humor, I have no list or suggestions for funny anime series (but the ones listed already were okay)...

Some comedy/slice of life suggestions similar to what you have listed :

GJ-bu
Yama no Susume (short*)

These two are currently airing :
Yuyushiki
Aiura (short*)

You should check out Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita too, which has a really unique atmosphere and is one of my favourite anime.

*3 to 5 minutes episode (it's worth it!)

Oh, also Cuticle Tantei Inaba. It tries too hard to be funny sometimes, though.

SKET Dance (mediocre start but gets funnier after)
Gintama

everything else can't make me laugh as hard as these 2 can. The closest 3rd would be Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou and Naruto.

As for those airing this season, I recommend Valvrave for your comedy slot www

Regarding the title, I have two questions:

1. I just finished watching K-On with my little sister, and the fact that it ended left me in a post-K-On depression phase. (It's real, trust me, you've all been there.)
Even thought we all know that there is no anime compared to K-On, I'd still like it, if you had something that was similar, or just as good. I've found some titles similar (well I have never watched them but they seem like it) such as; Kokoro Connect, Tari Tari and Tamako Market. If you would recommend the best among these three, and/or recommend me some anime that is better than these three or add to list something that is as better. Because as far as I know, I might acctually watch them all.

2.The upper question was mainly recommendations for me, but I have a 11(12?) year old little sister, that I want to protect the world from. Now I'm not saying all the animes are creepy, but most of romantic comedy animes where the girl would jump off a bridge for the guy or animes mainly are just about boobs and whatnot. Well, she really enjoyed K-On. So the main question is: What are good animes that are suitable for a sense of humour of a 12(11?) year old little girl, and it doesn't contain explicit stuff, or anything that would give her a wrong view of the world.

Something she has watched/read
Yotsubato
Azumanga Daioh
K-on
Karin Chibi Vampire (This is one of those which I don't approve. Its mainly about tits and Karin slaving for her crush. well not really but still)
ect.

Thanks in advance and sorry if I offended anyone.

Can't answer question 1 since I haven't watched any. But for number 2 try Hanamaru Kindergarten. I've only read the manga, but I don't think the anime is that much different.

Show her Squid Girl / Ika Musume. It's funny and lighthearted and there's pretty much no mature content despite being in a beach setting.

As for the first question, definitely watch Tamako Market. It's as close to K-ON as it gets, I think. You may also like GA Geijutsuka Art Design Class, which is pretty much K-ON with art instead of music. Another good one is Azumanga Daioh (but I prefer the manga).
