Plot:
We live in a world full magic and Fiore, a neutral country with a population of about 17 million, is filled with many magic wielders. All magic can be bought and sold all throughout the world.There are people that benefit and gain money off of using magic, these are people known as wizards. Wizards often join magical guilds where they find their home and friends to continue their life with, and also wizards use magic to become renown. There are numerous guilds spread through Fiore, which one will you join?
"Do fairies really have tails? Do they even exist… Like them, this place as an eternal mystery… a never ending adventure!"

1. No Godmodding, metagaming, ect
2. Maximum character limit is 4
3. I will change rules as I see fit.
4.Fighting other guild members or members of another guild who are of different factions is allowed. (and encouraged a bit, kekeke)
5.If you're going to attack someone discuss it with the other person first.
6.Watch the tensions between guilds.

The Prayer's fountain- A magic spell in which the user throws/places a card with a fountain-like design printed on it on the ground, summoning beams of water that strike in all directions.
Wind's edge- The user puts the two Magic cards, "Heaven" and "Wind", on top of each other and combines their effects to unleash a massive wave of wind that strikes the user's opponents.
Call card- A Magic Card bearing a stylized picture of a specific person, which will allow its bearer to communicate with said person.

Personality: Isolde is a very warm and nurturing woman, she will always hold others above herself no matter what. She is relatively passive, if there is any way to avoid a fight she will take it. More often than not she is seen taking a diplomatic approach with her enemies rather than getting into a bloody fist fight with them. She is well known and on good terms with a lot of members of other guilds including rival guilds. Though, not everyone likes a Dragon Slayer.

Magic Spells:
Lightning Dragon's Roar: Isolde takes a deep breath while focusing her power to a concentrated point; her mouth. After a few seconds she lets out a shout that is drown out by the massive cannon-like burst of lightning shot out in front of her. (This usually pushes Isolde back quite a bit)
Lightning Dragon's Fist: Isolde charges her fist with lightning before using her agile nature to get in close to her opponent before taking a quick thrust towards them but stopping just short of their body before opening her hand releasing the condensed lightning in a short but powerful burst.
Lightning Dragon's Wake : Isolde points her index and middle finger to the 3, 6, 9, and 12 position forming orbs of crackling lightning before they form a magic circle from the static between them. Placing her hand in the circle she can discharge the lightning by pointing towards her opponent of the ground resulting in a shockwave of electricity to be sent forward.
On Wings of Lightning: Isolde can focus her magic towards her back to form two massive wings of electricity. Despite their size and how they move exactly like wings she can only use them to hover slightly before releasing her attack. With a beat of the mighty wings she releases not only a shockwave but a hail of lightning bolts down towards her opponent.
Discharge: Using a similar method to Rolling Thunder Isolde can place a magic circle on the ground that holds one use of this ability, to use a second time she will need to take the time to make another circle. At any point if she is within the distance of the circle's radius she can snap her fingers causing her body to instantly transfer to the circle leaving behind a pile of ashes where she was.

Isolde doesn't remember where she was born, only faint memories of a fierce womanly voice telling her she was doing something wrong. She remembers her home being in a village in the mountains, her "parents" showered her with love and affection from the start. In this village she was seen as unique due to her pale blonde hair since all other villagers had brown or black hair. Despite having such a minor "difference" she was well liked with everyone and seen as someone with potential for the future. One day a traveling mage entered the village to rest for a while. Given her nature Isolde quickly befriended the mage and he told her she had a talent for magic and asked her if she wanted to learn from him.

"Magic is a tool as well as a responsibility, people in this world who hold powerful magic are so quick to fight to prove who is stronger yet the best thing to do when you have power is to treat others with more respect than you treat yourself. Nothing good will come of violence only pain and suffering for all." The man said to the young wide-eyed girl who seemed to understand his words better than most would. The wandering mage stayed a few months longer than he had intended as he found joy in teaching Isolde magic due to her picking up on the magic as if she already knew the elemental base for it. Teaching her everything he knew before he knew it due to the girl's latent talent and adaptive nature so she had mastered it in no time. Finally the man departed the village, never telling the girl his name only that he was proud to have passed on his magic to such a well-natured child and he knew she would use it as he had always hoped for it to be used.

Years passed and every chance she wasn't working in her mother's bakery she was practicing her magic yet she seemed to be longing for adventure as most born to that village do. On her eighteenth birthday she spent the day with her family before telling them she will be leaving in the morning. It was both a happy and sad moment for her parents but they gave no protest just words of caution and love. She was not worried, she had powerful magic and wanted to put it to good use. like in a guild. A guild like Fairy Tail, the guild that makes such waves of success and good nature to reach the ears of those in these mountains...

Other: She learned she was a Dragon Slayer a year or so after joining Fairy Tail. Coming as a shock she was even more inclined not to use her magic on human beings.
