It's a little thing for your desktop. She just kinda walks around and throws her keystone around.
She levels up and you can smack her around as well, getting achievments as you go along.
I just got my Tenshi so she's level two.
Mine has the bad habit of walking up right next to a wall and throwing the keystone, causing it to bounce like hell.
It's really REALLY easy to mod, so if you had the patience one could make their favorite character instead.
So she is fully customizable, though it takes an awful long time.

1. Find an image you want Tenshi to throw.
2. Re-size to around 90x90, it'll be fine if it's larger.
3. Rename this image 'rock'
4. In tenshi.1.13\Release\Resource take the 'rock' and rename it anything else.
5. In move your 'rock' into the resource file.
6. Launch Tenshi Desktop
That should work.
Changing Tenshi is frame by frame work, so if you have time it's the same process.
