Why am I the only one who choose YOHIOloid? I considered him the best since... Um... It's been so long that I don't remember!

Er, You know YohioLOID's Not Foreign right? He's a Engloid with a Added Japanese VB for extra sells. :/ He's By PFX. :/

*Anyway replace him with CYVA, who IS Foreign, we don't need your mistake confusing new users*

Cyber Diva was voice by an American singer and actress where as Yohioloid was voice by native Swedish singer Yohio, who has English as another language (as well as Japanese apparently).

Hio is technically foreign, Cyva is not.

As for who I think has the best English, I agree that Hio has the best. He was aimed as an Engloid. Followed Shortly by Gumi, then Luka then Fukase.

lmao Miku gets no love
one person has to like MikuENG for sure right???

Luka V4X for sure. Her voice is silky and smooth and her whisper is amazing. Her consonants improved greatly. and she can now say road roller!

^^^^pretty much
H-how the heck is CYVA foreign
I was very careful with who I picked... you know, reason why MAIKA isn't on there. Foreign does not necessarily mean he's a JP vocaloid :U I did my checking thank you very much, he's listed as Swedish but recorded with an American accent ^__^;;; so his VP is not a native speaker... thus, foreign.

Anyway I think the reason why Yohioloid didn't get a lot of votes is because there aren't many songs featuring him that are "hits" per se (covers aside, I haven't heard much) but from GHOST's usage, at least, I think he's excellent. i ended up voting for my bias haha or else my vote would have gone to him, luka or fukase still (haha..)

GUMI and Fukase, however, I voted for GUMI. Although I prefer Fukase level VOCALOID GUMI to, I think that the English GUMI is more tempting than Fukase.

Fukase because GUMI is choppy and Luka V4X ENG Straight has a heavier accent.

I didn't see YOHIOloid... In terms of pronunciation, he's certainly the best here. Though I voted for Gumi English because YOHIOloid has for sure a better pronunciation than her but his voice quality is terrible tbh plus Gumi English has a stronger and clearer singing while YOHIOloid's singing is weak and garbled. Fukase has also a good english but I don't understand why Luka has so many votes... She's the best Crypton english VB but I really don't understand her English as Gumi and Fukase.

I think that both Luka V4X Hard and Fukase are equally good in English despite having native Japanese seiyuus. I voted for Fukase tho since I miss Luka's old sweet tone in her V4X English (it's so hard to make her fit with her JPN Soft voicebank, as her English Soft is everything but a Soft bank), but like I said, I like both equally.

Maybe some people think Cyber Diva is a foreign vocaloid because she was made in Japan with people who (I assume) speak Japanese. Cyva is in a definant grey area for which Engloids are considered foreign for me.

In this context I would agree that both Cyber Diva and Yohioloid are in a pretty gray zone.

edit: I suppose you could even argue that MAIKA could "have" an english bank since she has extra phonemes even though they were originally for catalan.

Luka and fukase are both the best, but I voted for luka as I love her voice more.

@ianS even if you don't, other people may find luka more understandable or like her more than gumi and fukase? Understandability is an individually dependent preference, plus it's not always the no.1 factor in someone's judgement for the best English. Really not that hard to understand.
