Fairy Tail (フェアリーテイル Fearī Teiru) is a Japanese manga series by Hiro Mashima. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine
since August 23, 2006 where it is still on-going. An anime produced by A-1 Pictures and Satelight was released in Japan on October 12, 2009.
The series follows the adventures of the celestial wizard Lucy Heartfilia after she joins the Fairy Tail guild and teams up with Natsu Dragneel,
who is searching for the dragon Igneel.

Anyways, this is my current obsession. It's disappointing how small the fan base is, considering how goddamn good the manga is.
SO I decided to share it here for all of you guys who didn't see my Fairy Tail fan art minispam on the Oekaki.
It's a fantasy shounen comedy manga...and I don't know what else to say.
I read all current 197 chapters in three days, which is my record since I have a short attention span with manga.
Welp, it has great characters and epic fight scenes so w/e stop reading this and start reading it ok. :V

Is the Manga better than the anime? Because I watched the two first episodes and didn't like it that much...

I'm am truly sorry if I am breaking any hearts by saying that, I know I wouldn't like it, but I am sensitive that way...

uhh, idk but i enjoyed the first volume of the manga enough to read all 199 chapters of it? :3c
i always suggest that you read or watch whatever came first, e.g. an anime's manga adaption will never be as good, and a manga's anime adaption will never be as good..(but there are always exceptions, like eureka seven where i preferred the manga to the anime).
but i guess it's up to what you enjoy..maybe our tastes are just different.
