Hello, is anyone capable of making a Dutch User Dictionary (.UDC) file for Vocaloid?
I have tried to make one by myself, but it just didn't work out, much to my dismay.

I think that first you need to know which phenomene goes whith which sound.
And if you do, try doing it since it's pretty easy to make (it just takes time depending on the size of the dictionnary you want).

Ps: Oh and I also don't speak Dutch.

Here are they phonetic symbols for dutch for SAMPA/ X-SAMPA. The main problem is that english vocaloids doesn't have all the required symbols/sounds so there is going to be an accent on the bank that uses it. (Yohio might be able to pull it off since his voice actor was swedish).

If you are still interested, I'd love to make it for you. I know enough about Dutch phonetics to make what you need, I think. I have just never done it before. So if you teach me how to do the files, then I can do the phonetics~!
