I was about to make a Hajimete No Oto cover with Miku V3, I had recorded the audio on Banicam (don't judge me) and got the videos and audio required. When I came to put the video file of bandicam into my editor, I released the audio had been muted, can someone explain or help me?

Do you have screenshots?
Do you mean that you imported the video/audio into Studio One? Studio One is the DAW that comes with Miku V3 and is not Piapro Studio itself (but Piapro Studio can be used in it). Piapro Studio VSTi version (the version with Miku V3) does not support audio import (but the standalone version does, which is currently only available with Miku V4 Chinese).

Keep in mind that the Video Editor of Studio One is only available in the Professional version, so importing a video file in Free or Artist will only import the audio track(s).

No, I put in a VSQX, it works great, I recorded it on bandicam (like a video recording of my screen) but it had noaudio and its never done that

Eh? A VSQx isn't a recording, per se, though...
I'm a little confused on the file type. A VSQx is not an audio/video file. Yes, in a way it is an audio file (since it's audio related), but not like MP3/WAV/etc.
If you created it by recording your screen, it would be a different format than VSQx (like MOV or MP4 or etc.)
