Nice being on the receiving end of emails from CEOs of Vocaloid companies.

Usually the other way around for me. Its me firing off emails and praying for a response.

To a humble blogger tis the most wonderful feeling in the world.

I love how the crypton developers made the kagamines' relationship completely up to the fans :D

Yes, I do love the flexibility that's there! Then again, it's probably best for marketing, if they defined their relationship exactly then it would turn one sector off : P
YT Listing and Soundcloud (so that you may assess where I am musically), my vocaloid drawing/redesign thread (So that you can assess where I am, visual-artistically), I'm likely to have not updated either since 12/30/2012 and now you know what to expect from me 8 |

Nothing is really "Offical" except their designs. Some their age, height, ect. There is a lot of room for creativity, whether you actually make songs or are just an anime artist who draws them. No one can really get mad at you for them doing something because it's not "cannon". You can make Vocaloid just how you like it. Like me, I love Kaito being a lovable pervert who eats way too much icecream, but then I also love him being a sweet kind gentlemen. You can have him either way. This goes for any other Vocaloid's, like the constant debate to what Len and Rin are. You can see them as twins, lovers, or mirror reflections, whatever fits. All the characters are just so lovable, and their voices are really something to admire. You don't need to be "real" to be loved.

Being able to make music without having to have a fancy studio is very appealing. And then being able to share that music is another cool thing. That is one of my favorite things about the community.

Well I think the biggest thing I enjoy is the Vocaloid fandom. It has taken some basic stats, an image or two of many characters and defined and redefined them in ways you only see in the best written book. Then when you get to the dynamics of the fandom I've met and hung out with producers as young as 15 and older then me. From their we have a great mix of guys and gals unlike most "dorky" fanbases. Let's not even get into the international factor of it all. Then on top of it all our fandom has something to show for it, Gigs of music and art freely distributed. Gamers and Anime fans can't claim anything close to that. The basic nature of the Vocaloid fan is that of giving back to the larger whole. If your not a producer I bet your a distributer posting songs, and other things online and to your friends instead of just sitting on your butt waiting for the next copy of Call of Duty of Funimation to liscence title "A" in America. I hope the fandom just goes on and on!

I love the fact that many of the songs have their own amazing story to tell. You can go from everything like mermaid tragedies to the apocalypse! Some have really beautiful stories that are made better with the artwork, and the music makes it complete. Think of it like a musical storybook.

It has been said many times before, but so many people make so many songs, that there is a song for everyone. And cover songs of your favorite songs. The possibilities are endless!

The fact that the music is easy to find.
You can change personalities of the characters.
and also, the dances, remix, parodies, etc.

This is why I'm here.

I love the fact that people use the Vocaloid program for everything from opera to rock to jazz. No matter what my mood is there seems to be a Vocaloid song for me to listen to

It's true! There's an epic of a song to listen to when you're like, DUDE, STORY TIME. There's a really super angsty song to listen to when you're like, DUDE, I'M SAD. There's a really happy fluffly song to listen to when you're like, DUDE, I'M SAD AND ANGST IS GONNA MAKE ME SADDER RIGHT NOW.
