My favorite Pokemon character (who is also my second fav anime character)is Sabrina. I also like Erika, Pike Queen Lucy, Marley, Iris, and White. As far as dudes that I think are cool, it would be Lt. Surge, Brock, and Marshal (Marshal being my favorite of the males cause he looks a lot like me.) Still, none of them beat Sabrina.

Jasmine is definitely my favourite :3 I discovered Steelix through her and that's now my favourite Pokemon. It has been since gen 2. I wish I could be Jasmine a mighty gym leader with the superior steel type Pokemon ;_;

I liked Steven from the Hoen region....because he gave me a beldum in emerald ver. OwO my fav characters are the ones tht give meh stuff

Hoen was my fav region, and my first. all the copies of the older generations sucked so I could only find gen 3 games oAo

I love Misty and May! They'll always be tied for number one. Misty was the first Pokemon girl and she was really likable. I love how they made May "realistic" with her dislike of Pokemon and how she slowly grew to be the cool Coordinate she is now. ^_^

Oh, and Pikachu! XDDD (he's a main character, so he counts, right?) Though I think he was cuter and funnier before the Hoenn saga.

I also like Ash (less now, since the DP saga), Cynthia (love her), Iris, Drew (not in the beginning, though), Harley (his flamboyantness, anyway), and Soladad (though she was only in like three episodes). I think that's it. . . .

Ah hell no what did you just say about my waifu?!

Okay but in all seriousness, in the anime Sabrina had a doll which was like a manifestation of her childhood and the side of her that wanted to have fun and play that she 'shut off' in order to become stronger and whatnot.
