Those types aren't gonna happen. It needs to be a type triangle where one type is weak against one of the types but strong against the other. For example, water is strong against fire but weak against grass. That's why the starters are always water/fire/grass, but there are other combinations possible.

I'm seeing a lot of assumptions that the middle one is a pig. (Not just here but on other sites too.)

I will lol if it's not a pig.

I also have a sneaky suspicion that the middle one is actually the water type while the one on the right is fire...

Just thoughts on the matter though. =w=

If it's a pig, I am so getting it as my starter...

if its evos suck, I am SO keeping it as a regular .

I like them :). At first I was like WTF, but after looking more at them the more awesome they look ^_^.

The water one looks amazingly adorable. Definitely picking it when the games come out.

The grass one is also pretty cool.

But I never very well cared for the grass types, except for Chikorita... So... The grass does not interest me... :/

Meh, all of them look so different to me that I wonder if they are getting desperate with new Pokemon designs. Not saying they're bad or anything, they just don't really catch my interest right now.

I didn't mean that those would be the 3 choices, the starter could gain a second type when it evolves. Anyway, I don't really care for these starters design wise, maybe their evos will look better. But then again I didn't care too much for the D/P/P starter designs either except piplup.
