The Only tool that's most helpful of making choruses with people that I know of would be split delete. you just select the vocals you want to remove and use spit delete :)

Audacity Is really handy If you know how to use some effects, but really isn't that great for advanced mixing like adding harmonies.
Its also a little complex for making choruses.
