  1. In Topic: Introduction and a few questions about Tonio

I assumed that the editor automaticaly transforms my phonemes into [u] or @ .

In that case, after splitting the note you'll need to manually adjust the corresponding phonemes.
    Something like this:
    [r i:] [- tS t] or [r i:] [tS t]

Ah, I see. Different voicebanks will have different things that work for them. Sometimes, the same method to adjust a word for one voicebank won't work quite as well for another.
I haven't worked with Tonio (and I've worked very little with the VOCALOID2 Editor), so I am not sure the best method to approach this.
Though, "aou" sounds like it perhaps didn't split properly. I haven't used the VOCALOID2 Editor, but I assumed the phonemes would automatically disperse when splitting a note. Perhaps it didn't do that. What were the phonemes of the two notes?
Something else you can try is adjusting the vowel's phoneme instead of the consonants'. I don't know how it'd sound, but trial and error is one way of learning in VOCALOID tuning.
You can try adding another i: phoneme in [r i: tS t] (like [r i: i: tS t]) or replacing the i: with I (like [r I tS t]) (that is a capital i, by the way). It may sound good, or it may sound odd/unnatural. I don't know since I haven't worked with Tonio. This is just another thing you can try if you wish.
Someone who has used Tonio may be able to help more than I.

im a bit confused about text formatting, would you mind teaching me?

Sure! Is there anything specific you need help with, such as coding specifics or how the text editor works?
If it helps, we have a Help section here.

  5. In Topic: Which Editor Should I Use?

    Posted 22 Jan 2018

Well, which voicebanks of Rin and Len V4X would you like? Their Japanese, their English, or both? You can get just their Japanese or their Japanese and English voicebanks in one bundle, both of these options including Piapro Studio and Studio One. Or you can get only their English voicebanks which does not include Piapro Studio nor Studio One (meaning you wouldn't be able to use them until you got the VOCALOID Editor for Cubase or a Cryptonloid that has Piapro Studio).

So, if you buy Rin/Len V4X or Rin/Len V4X Bundle, yes you would get their voicebanks, Piapro Studio and Studio One.

Studio One should work on MAC.

Yes, you can use Piapro Studio in Cubase. I do so myself!

Oh, and the young, older, et cetera "voicebanks" you saw for Fukase are samples showcasing different ways Fukase's voice can be manipulated to sound different. He comes with Normal_Japanese, Soft_Japanese and English. Sometimes, a VOCALOID software may be referred to as a voice library even though it includes more than one voicebank.

    >w< Yo this mod seems really nice, considering she posted "Just ask if you have any questions!"on my introduction post. She also answered on my questions on the campus...I mean all mods are technically like this, and I can understand that Move->Forward is not the only one out there...I just feel she is special. Shes the first one I ever talked to on the forum. Whoa...am ...

Hi Move. I was wondering if any one else has been hit by Windows update problems with CUBASE. This is the second time it's happened.
